Very clean inside this location and friendly staff. There were good deals on just about anything you could want. I was very impressed and will be backed.

Bought two paintballs guns. Only one of the guns worked .. the other trash. It’s already such an issue/hassle selling your items to them.. so you would think when you purchase an item from them it works n is worth the value you pay for. Smh

Do NOT take all the positive reviews for this place into account! The employees there literally beg customers to leave them positive reviews to make them look good and unfortunately some do.These people lost any sense of what Pawn Business is all about! This place needs major shakeup! (are you reading this corporate office?)For 25% per month (that's over 300% a year!!!) interest charge you would expect to at least be treated with some kind of respect. Are you kidding me? You are lucky if anybody notices you when you are standing at the end of the long line, waiting for them to end chatting with their buddies and 'preferred' customers. And God forbid they are in a 'mood', the snarky remarks will fly, usually initiated by their local attraction, l**** called Chris (gees, I would think 30 year plus experience would let you write a loan in less than an hour but that might affect the comedy act (what he is really there for, duh...) so pardon my ignorance). But even more important than their behavior when you can hear them is what they say when they think you can't. They call their customers idiots and marvel at how they managed to rip them off. I PERSONALLY heard Chris yapping on and on how he gave just few hundreds for a Rolex watch worth THOUSANDS and convinced the poor guy to sell it instead of pawning. The guy was out the door but rest of us could hear you loud and clear, Chris. Any semblance of morals? (or just plain common sense?) Sorry, not here.I remember this place with REAL management, REAL customer service and it was great. Few years went by and you get this. Today I would rank it as one of THE WORST places to get pawn loan in whole Orlando area. And there are over 300 stores! Many of them offer 10% interest (that's 2.5 times less!) and they'd love to get your business and treat you with respect. Look them up, it is worth it.And for Justin, Stacy and Chris? Good luck finding good customers (idiots) to pay you 300% interest and be treated like this, it ain't gonna happen.

Upon entering the store both employees where taking care of customers but they still acknowledged me. The store is clean and organized and does not have a mildew smell like pawn shops I have encountered in the past. The prices are nice, I purchased a 20in dell computer monitor for under $20 including the 30 day warranty and in excellent condition! Thank you Chris for providing quality customer service. I will definitely shop there in the future.

They have some decent prices on electronics, but definitely DO NOT sell any jewelry here they'll only pay about 10% of what a coinshop will give for gold or silver
