Although I can not review this branch as a regular customer I can describe my experience. I had a somewhat complicated request which involved communication with the main offices. I was very fortunate to work with Liz. She was kind, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to keep me posted on the progress. I am sure that it was because of her that I was able to get everything resolved.

I've had their CC for 20 years and I absolutely love it so I decided to open a business checking account for our little side business. I spent two days calling to make an appointment and no one ever answered. The recording said either call back or call corporate so after roughly 20 calls, I tried corporate and even they couldn't get the branch on the line! What a shame! I guess I'll pick a different bank.

I had an appointment setup with a banker, unfortunately I didn't remember his name when I set the appt via phone. It was to open my daughter's teen checking account. When I walked in, a man greeted me in an empty lobby. The banker asked do you have an appointment with -- and mentioned a name I didn't know. I said Yes I think so I don't know his name but my name is Karen and it's to open my daughters account appointment at 10am. He proceeded to tell me that I am sorry the person who you initially had the appointment with called out. Can you come next week to open the account? I stated no one called me to tell me he cancelled my appt. I made the whole trip here on a Saturday and I would like to open the account today. He said I can't. I am the only banker here and I have appointments all day you need to come next week. When I told him I have 5 kids and this whole appointment was made by me days prior and you didnt call me. He proceeded to say he was too busy to service me and that I would need to come back. When i looked around the branch at 10am this time I said is your appointment here? Can you service me if they don't show up? He stated no I would need to come back. He didn't bother to help ,Also, it might be beneficial when the branch is not busy for the tellers and staff to answer the phone to help guests. It automatically goes to VM and says leave a message for no one to return your call.

Please close this location and give us a real branch with real service. ATM never works. Horrible location and access points. We have to go to neighboring cities to get a decent branch. That’s ridiculous. I can’t count the amount of times I drive further just to skip having to deal with this branch.

This Longwood branch has no value of their customers. They don’t even have a public restroom for the convenience of them hire clients and when asked why, I received a rude response being told by the employee that “ if you need a bathroom you can go next door to Winn Dixie”

Unbelievable, it's 1:15pm on a Wednesday and there's virtually no employees only the usual amount of tenders. 6 offices and one person inside. There are 2 disgruntled customers ahead of me. What happened to getting timely service from a human at a brick and mortar bank?So, as a heads-up to you the reader, open up your Chase app there is a "Meeting" option under Contact us. If they had an info kiosk to delegate this, that would have saved effort.

After having a very frustrating time trying to get something accomplished via the chase customer service line I gave this location a call to speak to a human! Rosa Diaz was not only able to work some magic with her extensive knowledge and positive attitude but also made my day better after feeling totally disappointed with Chase! She even sent me a very nice follow-up letter. I really appreciated this type of service especially in the superficial internet world we live in. Rosa saved my day! I will continue to bank with Chase only because of service like this. Thank you Rosa Diaz!!

Was going to spa and needed some single bills so I went through this drive in. It's a very unusual spot for the bank which is a tiny corner near 434. I actually missed the entrance for the drive thru and had to make a circle back to it. I quickly got my $20 broken down into singles and was on my way.
