Every time I order online for pick up they get my order wrong. Today for example I ordered a Sofritas bowl for myself under my name “Alexandra”, tell me how we get home open the sealed bag and it’s a double chicken bowl for “Zach G”. They also left out all the corn salsas we ordered on the side. This happens constantly-do not go to this location!!

I don’t know what it is about this particular location. But for some reason their stuff is so salty. And not from a preference, I mean someone accidentally dumped a bunch of salt and didn’t bother throwing out the batch. So far I have experienced this on two or three different visits. The first visit was with chips that were over salted. I couldn’t even eat them. I had to throw them away. Second visit was with the vinaigrette sauce that you can ask for optionally. It was extremely salty when I poured it over my tacos that I ended up not eating that taco. And then another time the chicken was over salted. You guys really need to encourage your cooks to taste test the food before serving it to customers. I for one have high blood pressure and I opt for chipotle because the food is supposed to be healthier. But the amount of salt used is enough to elevate anyone’s blood pressure.

So happy these guys opened up down the road. Consistently good and of course fresh food. Service is usually good but can get overwhelmed. From what I can tell, it's due to the limited kitchen space of the building. Portions are decent and the price has been consistent with the rest of the area.

This particular Chipotle location on 434 in Altamonte is the best. The food always tastes great, online orders are always correct, and the drive thru pickup is so convenient. The location is fairly clean and always stocked with napkins, utensils and hot sauce. The employees are helpful if you need something like a bowl lid or extra vinaigrette. We never have trouble finding a parking spot even in busy times. There's lots of high and low tables with a few booths. There are also tables outside with trash cans which is nice.

Very disappointed overall experience with the poor food quality and portions which are overpriced. I wrote a review and then "Scott" told me to contact a customer service link to "make it right" only to get a cookie cutter email response repeating what I just wrote and saying we will do better and looking forward to us coming back. Which won't be the case. Poor food quality, poor portion sizes, poor customer service. Poor experience period. A must avoid.

I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from, this is one of the most consistent Chipotle's I've ever been to. Maybe I'm just used to the inconsistency of the Lake Mary location (they could definitely do better). The rice and chicken is never overcooked or dry when I order. Also the place looks clean every time I go in.

The tomato salsa was nasty ? tomatoes used for the salsa were unripe, hard and crunchy! Plus the staff decided to interact with one of the customers who looked like someone they are very acquainted with, so both of the guys taking care of customers were fulfilling this one girl's order while having a chit-chat with her. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly atmosphere.

I came here the other night with my family. This was my last straw because lately chipotle has been struggling with fresh food, cleanliness, serving size, and pricing. Let me tell you that the night crew turned our night around! The restaurant and bathroom was clean, the food was fresh, and 2 employees in particular stood out with the best care and service! David and someone else, ( I wish I got his name! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and he was from Puerto Rico). I will 100% keep coming to chipotle because of this experience. Thank you!!

Employees treat you like you are a nuisance for coming in. Ordered a bowl with plain white rice which they offer and already have made, employee rolled their eyes and huffed as if it was the biggest inconvenience to turn around and grab the container that it was sitting in and scoop it into my bowl. Cashier was super unfriendly and was also inconvenienced when I asked if I could add a drink to my order. I'm assuming chipotle is franchised so I'll have to go to the 436 location instead now.

this is by far the best chipotle crew ever! nothing but good vibes. the food quality is also amazing! every time i stop by i’m never disappointed! truly hope upper management takes great care of that

I find the young staff to be kind and considerate. Any of the issues really starts at the top. People make a business, invest in your staff and they'll work wonders for you. The girl with the red/blonde hair is always grinding. Food is pretty on par.

Went in last Sunday, 12/10/23, 15 minutes before closing and the employee asked me if we were a to-go order, and I hesitated for a second and she said, "yeah, because we're about to close," making the decision for us. Then, when we were about to check-out, another employee walked between my boyfriend and I and rudely snatched our drink cup off the counter and walked away saying, "that's my drink," so the other employee had to give us another one--no apologies. Also, the food sucked. Totally flavorless. Not going back. Didn't take long for this location to go downhill!

It's amazing how a new store could go downhill in such a short period of time !! The place is filthy, crap all over the kitchen floor, and the soda area is disgusting. We go on the line to order this evening, 4 people behind the counter, joking and laughing with each other, not paying attention to the line of customers! My 11 year old son asks for black beans with his tacos, the black beans bin is empty, and he says, " You have to have pinto or no beans." He didn't realize I was with him, and I said "well why don't you go back and get more?". He says they were still cooking. No manners at all. My advice to the owner or manager of this store. "You better get your shit together, or you will lose that store!!" People in this neighborhood will drive to Altamonte Springs instead of Longwood! I know I will from now on!!!
