The guy at the counter was extremely rude. The two women working the other side seemed preoccupied in their conversation to notice the long line of customers that were quickly curling around the store. They have very weird checkout counters that I had never seen, much less used, before. Apparently, they were self serve, but seeing my confusion, the guy working behind the counter (a young-ish black guy, thin, bad attitude), completely ignored me and called the next customer. I waited.He called the next.And the next.Finally, frustrated, I demanded that one out of the three idol employees notice my existence and HELP ME.He was rude, irritated, and basically told me if I couldn't figure it out, I better shop somewhere else where I have the intelligence to make a purchase.I can't believe it.I shouldn't have bought anything after that, especially when the store was so, so filthy, too!

Employee leaves her dog in the car while she works her whole shift. Animal control should be called on her. They have a pallet that has been out front for days. Roaches in the donut case. Although there is self scan now the employees sit and hawk everyone who checks out and then touches all of your things to rearrange them. They are basically there for no reason. If they are going to hawk you then they mine as well scan your stuff. Staff rude yelled at my child. The lady is trash always has a bad attitude and ALWAYS touching my damn items. The black kid is cool and the other employees are cool too.Ice was all over the floor by the soda machine but 2 employees were at the front monitoring everyone checking out items. The machines are fairly accurate so there is really no need to monitor people that hard. Walmart is a full blown grocery store that sells $100 items yet they don't stand over you while checking out.I went to Winn Dixie next door and got all the same items at a cheaper price. At least there will be friendly service there and I was able to check out my items without someone touching and breathing all on my things.

Guy that works 3rd shift is the rudest Middle Eastern man I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Circle K should really offer him some customer service training especially in the local Longwood area he works in. The general neighborhood is not lower class and he should be sent to a store down in the 32808 zip code. Super disappointed in his lack of common sense and customer service skills. I spend thousands of dollars a year at circle k. Really this guy gave me such a bad taste in my mouth I'll drive farther next time to another chain gas station just to give my money to the competition

Went in to get me and my kids drinks and wanted to use my inner circle as payment. We all got our drinks and went to the self check out to place them on the table to be scanned. The lady who was working at the time, kept saying "ma'am I can help you over here." I didn't know she was talking to me until she said the frosty won't ring up on the self check out. I didn't know she was talking to me until she said that. Then I tried to use my phone number that I signed up for inner circle. And she rudely said it's not working. I kept on trying to get it to work. Then finally another employee came to Mr and I tried it again. Didn't work. He told me, "don't worry I got it." I had the money to pay for the drinks. The lady had no right to be rude.

Has a sign that says cheaper cigarettes but yet is the most expensive place in town to buy cigarettes. 3 big signs actually.PS. Try responding to some of the complaints rather than just the compliments.

I found this place one day , great car wash no issues with the staff. However the last couple of times the car wash is out of service no problem it happens. Fast forward today and. Why I'm writing a review. I stopped in around 445 to 515pm got gas selected car wash drove around and you guessed it out of order. Well I needed a car wash today, walked inside asked the cashier if I could get a refund, she said no at first said she would get fired, for what refunding a purchase that I made for service I didn't receive? Said the manager was out of the store I ask her to call the manager, oh boy the cashier had a really bad attitude and I was pleasant as can be. She was saying that she will refund me but she will probably get fired didn't apologize or anything. Listen cashier, you won't get fired for refunding a legit service that wasn't offered however keep up that attitude and that's what's going to get you another job. If your car wash is out of service please turn the purchase off at the pump. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

I had an interaction with the alleged store manager, Ursula, who I recommend should no longer hold a customer facing position or manage customer facing employees. I asked if the self service portals allowed me to purchase Sip and Save to which she replied, "yes." I input my number and she said, "oh purchase sip and save?" You can't purchase Sip and Save from the self service kiosk. I then shrugged and asked another associate to purchase at the register. She began speaking about me with another associate to which I replied, "excuse me?" She responded, "boy you need to speak up," with an awful attitude. I asked for her name- after persisting through her humiliating tirade until she finally gave it to me. Absolutely awful start to my day. I couldn't even get my coffee. I thought she was just an incompetant employee and I still don't completely believe Ursula is a manager.

Worst service ever the lady Pamela if that was even her name was extremely rude my husband made a joke about the self check out saying they were trying to be like Walmart now she got real nasty real quick saing if you don't like it you can leave I put everything er had on the self check out counter it kept going back to the twisters screen I put in 4 and it showed me the total of $13 then it popped up again I was trying to ask Pamela how to do it and she I'm just going to walk away so I added 1 more and it went away then popped up again she came over and touched all over everything on bored then rang up several more twisters we only had 4 she was running her mouth the whole time then tried to tell me much total was over $28 and the whole screen was full of the twisters she rang up we had 2 soda for $4 4 twisters and 2 small bags of chips when I tried to tell her she wouldn't stop running her mouth so I told her never mind she then said good and never come back I don't know if it was a race thing or she just doesn't like her job but something needs to be done about her she embarrassed me and my husband in front of several other customers

Absolutely worst gas station I've been to. The older short lady with glasses and short hair that works 1st shift is a horrible rude person.choose a different gas station if possible.

Absolutely horrible place!!! I refuse to ever go back there. Their prices posted for items sold in the store NEVER match the price charged at the register. When brought to a manager’s attention on several occasions, they said they will correct them and knew this to be a problem, yet every time I’ve given them a 4th, 5th or even 6th time the same issue occurs. Over charging for items that have a specific price and their register charges a different price. When asked to honor the posted price they refuse to do. I’ve ended up leaving the store on several occasions. Wawa deserves my business and even 7-11 is better than this place. Don’t patronize this establishment, they don’t deserve your business. Don’t believe me, go in and be sure to check their price on the item you want, then watch what the register rings it up as. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

POS systems need to give the promotions which are running, and if not, at the VERY least, provide your employees with a code, or other directives to ensure a positive customer experience. The employees were wonderful when trying to apply a promotion, which the POS system wasn't finding, but they weren't given tools for success, and the "management" whom she contacted, NEITHER of them knew anything, the cashier was more informed. We agreed on an agreeable and fair result, it just took almost 45 minutes....

Excellent service, went in to get a Fountain drink last night and was treated well. The person running the checkout counter was absolutely amazing too!
