I had a really disappointing experience at crystal Nails Spa. I stopped by to get my toes done after shopping next door, and was shocked when Tammy, one of the staff, refused to let me in. The salon was completely empty, and she said it was because I had a baby with me who 'might cry.' This was both insulting and unfounded, as my baby is very quiet, and I've never had issues bringing her to other nail salons. It felt unfair and unprofessional to be turned away like that, especially when the salon wasn’t busy. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to others, especially parents.

Tammy is great. She never questions anything I want- which is so annoying from some nail techs. She does an AMAZING job on my manicure every time- they last 4 weeks easily with no chipping, breaking, or falling off. I’ve never had nails this good and this fast. Prices are also really fair!!! Yes they lock the door but I’ve seen some questionable people walk up and down the strip and when it’s just us two women alone, sometimes it’s nice to have that security. I thought it was weird at first too but then I understood.

Very unprofessional. I came at 9:30 the doors were still locked she let one other person in and they were getting their nails done. Then she said she can’t help me for an hour, closed, and locked the door again. There was no one else there…

The length I asked for... and the length I got... I was quoted $60 for the length and the picture, and then charged $60 for the length that they gave me... Then she yelled at me saying "no I said $60 and up that picture should be $70" and then she unlocked the door and said "goodbye"... Like why do they lock the door when they're servicing clients anyway? Awful customer service... Awful technical work... if I show you a picture, then you should be able to re-create the link. She blamed me and said I should have told her I wanted them longer when she cut the first one and asked me if I wanted them shorter... that they look good, but I can never tell until they're done, I can't tell the length when they just put the tip on and cut

This place was a total rip off. I got a regular gel mani and pedi and was charged $70. That's ridiculous for the type of service received, the mani pedi was absolutely nothing special and was not worth the price point. You can tell that the utensils are being used from client to client with out being properly cleaned. I will absolutely not return here.

I take my mom here who is wheelchair bound. They are the nicest people and do excellent work. Yes, they lock doors. Yes, you where a mask, But, I like going here because it’s appointment only and not packed with people. We’ve been to other places in the area with higher reviews in the past, but our pedicures last a really long time from here and they just do great work. I’m glad we were referred to them and not going anywhere else.Services: Nail repair

In the beginning, the service with this nail salon was great. However, when I went for my last visit things began to change. Both nails were extremely rude to me for no reason. The male technician also accused me of hitting him. I had my acrylic nails removed due to underlying fungus growing underneath. I never went back again due to poor service and financial limitations. I went today with my mom so she can get her nails done. The female tech said I'm not welcome inside, because I'm not a paying customer. I only wanted to wait with my mom until she gets her nails done. I was forced to wait outside in my mom's car. I had to meet her at the door for her car keys.Tammy was standing at the door and refused to let me in. She treated me like some strange criminal. I was hurt to be treated this way. This was spiteful and discriminatory...smh.Services: Polish removal
