This is truly the worst pharmacy on earth . The pharmacist and techs do not care about the customer and seem more content with being incompetent then helping customers and making sure they have what they need . I always have to call to fill a prescription that should be filled automatically . They constantly do not have the medications i need and have to special order it . So ive went up to 5 days without a prescription i needed . I get the same meds every month and they are so incompatant they cant even preorder meds and make sure its there when my script comes in . They all should be fired . The pharmicist is the worst . I am calling the corporate office to try to get some of this changed for us the customers. Cause the whole pharmacy staff do not have compassion for the customer . Its like they're excited to come back and tell me sorry were out of your medication.

I've never had an issue with this location. I've in altamonte springs / longwood for the last 11 years of my life and always rave about my little city, with pride. We almost always have wonderful customer service. People know who you are, here. But today's was a first for me. Merle or something simular to that, whom works in pharmacy is getting a complaint. How can you work in a position where people need care and compassion yet not have the ability to care with compassion? I understand store hours may change due to hoilidays. But I don't understand the point in being rude and rushing customers and thier family members out the door (whom are ill and in pain) for the sake of your early exit. If your doors are open to help, don't throw a fit about it. Especially to the customer. Highly unprofessional. You hurt my feelings.

Tech can't get order right, happened many times. Doesn't know names of meds. Can never get through on phone..always have to call back. Screwed up my order, omitting one med and getting wrong rx in other. Moving to another pharmacy.
