So this is my second time coming in this store. The first time I was stared down with the red head and glass lady in the cashier. Than today around 4:45 I walked in to the atm to take some cash I needed and had to grab a few things and once again the Karen red head with the glasses old lady was watching me the whole time while I was taking out Money. Mean while she has 2 people online and I could see her staring me down. Once I finish taking out my money I see them all staring at me I know for a fact she was saying something about me. They was all staring me down.Next time I will record her. That's so inappropriate. As I proceeded and didn't even go on and shop for what I need I ended up going to wall-greens. Karen shouldn't be stereotyping a Latin person.

I could give 0 or negative if I could. Rude employees at pharmacy. Dont bring your business here there is a Walgreens right across the street that provides better service.

My rating is given based on coming to this locations multiple times for vaccines for myself and the family. I use the app for scheduling. We always arrive 15 minutes early and are always seen on time. Ive never had a bad experience with the pharmacy employees. Regarding the store itself, it's pretty clean and organized and I find what I need.

My T-Mobile Tuesdays-CVS FREE photo magnet wasn’t honored on the day of pick up (4/14/22), by Cathy Jenkins, a CVS supervisor, despite the fact that I had placed my FREE purchase on 4/12/22.Mrs.Jenkins explained that she had over 100 FREE T-Mobile orders for photo magnets, she explained that she ordered additional magnets but they hadn't arrived. She then printed my photo, gave me her phone number, and instructed me to call in two weeks to pick up my magnet.I spoke with Mrs. Jenkins about the magnet again on 5/10/22 during my daughter's prescription pick-up. She stated once more that there were no photo magnets in the CVS Photo section. I told Mrs. Jenkins 1. My Son passed away 2. His death anniversary was on April 18th 3. The magnet was considered a blessing and meant a lot to me. 4. Requested corporate’s information.Mrs. Jenkins then immediately showed me her collection of photo magnets, during the selection process Mrs. Jenkins ATTITUDE was BIG AND her EYE ROLLING was shocking. I walked out of CVS with tears in my eyes and astonishment!!!! I'd like to make sure that CVS corporate addresses Mrs. Jenkins' unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.

Called to ask if they can print papers I needed for work. The lady who answered the phone immediately said “no” within a second of hearing me say “print” I then tried to ask if she knew of anywhere in the area I can go (because I just moved here), and she hung up the phone scoffing. Extremely poor customer service.

I am disappointed in this cvs as they fail to provide my prescription FOUR days after my surgery. I am in vigorous pain and they won't transfer my prescription elsewhere because it happens to be a narcotic. This is sick and painful

I'm surprised they even have 2 stars. I was notified to pick up a prescription and when picking it up, was told to come back after a certain date because my insurance wouldn't cover it until after that date. I come back after the date they told me and they tell me it's not available because now my insurance is denying it and I would need a new prescription. This is just a week apart from each other. Conflicting information given. It is a Friday night and the insurance company basically tells me nothing can be done until Monday when I can get it filled at a different pharmacy. So I won't be able to get my inhaler over the weekend. Had CVS given me accurate information the first time, I could've called me insurance company sooner a week ago. Their lines (drive-up and inside) is also ridiculously long so be prepared to wait.
