The worst pharmacy every time my scripts are not ready even if I wait a day to pick up they are always behind and rarely get a text if they are ready one time I came after I left the dr office and they said I couldn’t pick up my rx for another month and I had to make them look at the last time I actually filled it and it was over a month ago and then they filled it after making a mistake mind u if someone did pick it up that wasn’t myself it is a controlled substance and huge mistake on their part I had surgery yesterday dr gave me stuff to make it through yesterday and husband when to get my rx 24hrs later one bottle of pain pills is not ready yet like how crazy now he’s waiting 20 minutes for them to rush it while I’m home in bed in pain but the cvs can’t seem to get it together if my insurance covered another pharmacy I would be gone highly considering after so many incidents switching to another location even if it means a bit of a drive

Had my prescription sent on 2/8 and went to pick it up on 2/16 knowing they’d have to order it in. Came in and they all looked frantic, saying she has to leave in 30min, she was visibly stressed and said they don’t have it ready so instead of calling they just were going to forget about it and let it go. Definitely don’t use this pharmacy they’re just a hot mess.

Pharmacy is horrible. They don’t care about their patients at all. Every time you call your places on hold or they pick up the line and say nothing. Who is managing them because they are failing miserably. People are sick and can’t get compassion from the people who supply the medicine is crazy. So my husband and I have reported them to the news channel and the better business bureau. I encourage everyone else who have had this experience with them to do the same

Pharmacy is literally the worst I’ve ever been too. They never have prescriptions. They don’t bother trying to help. Everything is always backed up. If you need your meds asap don’t bother sending it to this one. Do better cvs. Smh.

The pharmacist Connie was very helpful during a recent visit. I recently moved to Longwood and have been looking for a pharmacy that not only could handle my many medications, but had good customer service. Connie and his staff were polite, friendly, charismatic, and eager to assist. I had dozens of questions about my medications, and Connie assisted me through the entire process. This has to be one of the finest pharmaceutical drug dealerships Iv ever frequented. I will be back for sure! CVS is number 1 for a reason.

This pharmacy has been a nightmare for the longest. The staff lacks compassion, empathy, knowledge and the one thing that they should have the most and they have none it’s patience. The entire staff that works at this pharmacy are in the wrong profession, they shouldn’t be dealing with the elderly nor ill people. They never have the prescriptions. They don’t ever get it right whenever you call them to see if your prescription it’s ready because you have waited for weeks to hear from them and when you call, they usually say “ please hold” and immediately hang up the phone, when you call back, they don’t answer or they actually hang up on you again. I noticed that whenever they don’t have a prescription they blame the insurance company or the doctors office by saying that they need some type of approval and when you call your doctor, everything is fine on their end, but it’s just that they didn’t have the medication in stock and I’m pretty sure that’s their way of getting away with extending their time. The other day I was so frustrated and tried to explain to the lady over the phone in a respectful manner that I knew that my daughters doctor had filled her prescription right and she continued to argue with me that he didn’t, when I finally explain to her and she found the error on her side, she went ahead and told me that the medication wasn’t available and that it had nothing to do with her, those were her exact words. I finally changed pharmacy today because after being on hold for 15 minutes trying to get some answers about my husbands prescription I had to hang up and tried to call back and the automated machine said that the pharmacy was currently close at the moment, I’m assuming that they left the phone on hold so I couldn’t call back. I’m pretty sure that they have a caller ID and they can see the numbers that they no longer want to give answers to… I went with Walmarts pharmacy and although I have to drive away from my home, I’m hoping that I can find a safe space in this new pharmacy.

Pharmacy’s staff is horrible, they don care about patients , my husband had a surgery,I went to pic up his meds and they told me to come back because they need a dr’s approval. My husband was crying of pain, I went back and I ask if there’s anything I can do cause he was in a lot of pain so another person came and said is because ur insurance is not paying…. FOR REAL.. why they didn’t give me that option at first, he was hours suffering of pain. I wouldn’t might to paid . When I ask for the price she told me is going to be $16.00. … and the she said not is just $5 and change..unbelievable!!!… the women at front are always in a rash , they don’t check the meds that you need, they just said come back , is not ready, and they don’t even check to see if you have more then one account under you name, specially and older woman short hair , she should retired, she doesn’t have a patient at all plus horrible attitude !! If she doesn’t find you .. that it , you have to come back , she just doesn’t care.. she will tell you sorry… I’m still waiting for one med for myself, every other day I go to see if is ready, they said tomorrow and tomorrow and is been weeks . I hope a manager take care about this problems in Pharmacy, long waiting time, short staff, personal attitude, and they should have people with knowledge in what they are doing, they have to remember that patients with all kind of surgery, cancer, organ transplant , all type of illness infections, are in hands expecting to get help . Very disappointed.

Never had a problem with this location. Always got my prescription. Has a good stock of useful items. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.

I really really dislike this location. Pharmacy is always slow. If my doctor calls in my prescription.. they should start working on it then not tell me i have to come back at 10am. Like how am i supposed to sleep like this!!! CVS sucks

Female Pharmacist was rude and short. Couldn't be bothered to get more information or even approach the counter just saying no from behind a rack I couldn't even see her. Go to Walgreens it's across the street and they actually try to to help

How is there so many people working in the pharmacy and no one cares at all to help.!! They are rude and literally you feel like they hate to help their customers!!! ALL OF THEM!!
