The store, displayed buy 1 get 1 50% off, but the self check out doesn't reflect d sale. D customer service rep tried to help me buy going back to d aisle & showed what I said. D customer service rep said that that was d old advertisement. Isn't it that's deceiving to customer & a waste of my time. I decided not to buy anything then. The customer service must be trained how to satisfy & make customer service happy to compensate d inconvenience & wasted time. He could have given me d discount, then corrected that error by taking out that incorrect advertisement of discount.

I've had bad experience getting an appointment with any CVS location in the past. This is the 1st time I've been to this location! I made an appointment for a flu shot for me & my daughter! I didn't know i can get pneumonia & flu shot at the same time!So Jeff Lorenz (the pharmacist) eventhough it was very busy here took care of me & my daughter!! Thank you Jeff!! You're amazing!!The lady at the prescription pick up desk is also great!! I forgot her name! Thank you guys!!!

I’d give this location 5 stars if there was a drive thru. While there is no drive up window for the pharmacy, the promptness and personal touch the pharmacist and support staff provide make it worth going into the store. The store is always clean, stocked, and sales displayed. Use the app and watch for deals. Also register for text messages and often times you’ll receive $2-5 off next purchase. Plus, most deals can be used in addition to other offers.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different CVS. I've only ever had bad experiences here. First, my MIL and I went to get flu shots. There was no line, but the pharmacist kept ignoring us to inventory some items. As we waited, people arrived and went to a different line at the counter for pick ups. The pharmacist immediately helped them, told us to hang tight, and I kid you not, continued to help every single person who arrived after us for twenty minutes before closing up. When I protested and said it was the middle of the day and we'd been waiting for 30 mins, he shrugged and said tough luck. No apologies for wasting our time and having an attitude. Additionally, I get coupons for Pampers and Similac through the app. There's a specific section to scan coupons just for CVS stores. When my husband went to redeem them, the old man at the front register refused to even try to scan the barcodes, claiming it was "against company policy" to use coupons. Hello?! Why on earth would CVS partner with these brands if they wouldn't honor the program? Every medicine I've ever purchased there has been already opened and used. And overall, it is dirty and unpleasant. Hard pass. They should be ashamed of their despicable customer service.

Pretty bad customer service. As a provider and at the request of my patient, I called in his prescriptions and the pharmacist had an attitude. She was rude and rushing throughout the call. I understood it as they were busy. But then when the patient went to pick up the RX, they were met with the same rudeness by the drive thorough lady. Apparently the patient went in before the prescription was ready and they were told that no one had called anything in. It was very frustrating experience for someone sick. I would not recommend this pharmacy do to it’s poor customer service to patients!

The pharmacy staff members and the pharmacist herself are all very rude and act like they are above you . Do they not realize you are supposed to help your customers not try to make their life harder . They are always filling the prescriptions i dont need and the ones i do are always filled late after me having to call to get them filled . There is absolutely no organizational skills by anyone in the pharmacy. Completely incompetent .I would give negative 5 stars if i could . From the looks of it cvs the company doesent really care how their customers are treated and they dont seem to read these comments . Well good thing paying customers do . Definitely stay far away from this pharmacy. Last time i tried to call i was on hold for 30 minutes .

Sweet little cvs that is near me. I go here for a quick snack run or just anything i need on the go i’ll usually go here. It’s in a good little strip mall and the pieces aren’t too bad. The community in the area is decent and the people working there are also very nice. I’ve never had any problems with anyone there I believe this is one of the best CVS locations i’ve been to that are near me. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are interested in getting stuff on the go.

Bonnie was extremely condescending and rude, probably the worst CVS employee I had ever encountered. Very surprised, as I have never had such an unhelpful employee at a CVS location.

My experience was great. Customer service was definitely satisfactory. Pharmacist was assisting someone but made the effort to acknowledge I was waiting and he would help once he finished with the couple. The young lady proceeded to assist and was also very pleasant and helpful. Customer service is very important to me and this encounter was acceptable and once again satisfactory.

They don’t even pick up the phone
