Bruce, at EZ jeeps and all of his staff, helped hold my hand from beginning til even after my car was delivered two weeks later. I asked what was his thoughts in designing my jeep and he always said “up to me”, but they could do anything i wanted. He offered suggestions but always led me down the correct path. Bruce and his staff are artists in the jeep world. I can say beyond any doubt if you are ever considering a restoration Jeep, do not go anywhere else or on your own! Go to EZ jeeps and you will be a friend, not a client the rest of your life. Thank u Bruce and staff!

I had a great experience doing business with EZ JEEPS! Bruce was very fair in price, communicated effectively and instructions were simple. Totally legit business made it much easier than selling it in the retail individual market. Don't hesitate to do business with EZ jeeps and Bruce.

Bruce got one over on me. Told me he would take care of me and I trusted him. Ever since I got my jeep delivered to me, it’s been one thing after another. Frame was full of mud, a crack in the fuel tank support, leaf springs and bushings shot, shocks are shot, steering stabilizer not even hooked up, new ac barely functioning, didn’t hook up the gas tank right, blower motor to heater don’t work, firing order wasn’t right on the spark plugs, the bottom of the tub is rusted out in some places, the cross support for the transmission was full of mud, and now I have to get the carburetor rebuilt. I can keep going. I paid 24,000 for a 5,000 dollar Jeep. The whole point was to get a cj7 in good condition so I could drive it and enjoy it before I did a total restoration on it. I would not trust Bruce with my worst enemy.

Don’t make the same mistake that I made, understand what you’re paying for before you sign a contract.
When I signed up for a CJ 7, I “assumed” that I was going to get a vehicle where everything worked and worked correctly. I knew that I wasn’t going to get a “rotisserie restoration” but I did think that I would get a safe and operating Jeep, I was wrong!
The day I drove the Jeep home I called Bruce (the owner) with a list of things that were not working or not working correctly. Bruce told me to bring it back and they would fix the issues. I took it back and they fixed a few and made excesses for others ie. The electric radiator fan wasn’t working but Bruce said the Jeep was running cool. Fact was the Jeep wasn’t running cool, the temp gauge wasn’t working. Also, a 12” long crack developed in the side of the Jeep, Bruce said that a weld must have “popped” and they would fix it. They did fix it and repainted the area but, the crack came back a week later. I took it to a body shop and they said that there was no metal in the area of the crack; it was all filler. Not what I was expecting!
I took the Jeep to another shop to get the safety issues fixed. The new shop asked me what my agreement was with EZ Jeeps as I got a 40-year-old Jeep with new paint and new seats, little else was even looked at. Here is a list of things I have paid another shop to address in the first few weeks that I’ve had the Jeep:
The steering was wondering; Bruce said it was fine and typical for a CJ.
The Tie Rod ends were bad
Both axils were twisted and needed to be unbolted and
straitened
The Pinon angles needed to be adjusted
Re-alignment post new Tie Rods
The exhaust was loose and it had flexible pipe in it
Tighten connections
Weld connections
New piping needed to be bent and installed
Running temperature issues, the electric fan wires had been cut
Re-wire the electric fan
New electric fan switch
New temperature gauge
New sending unit
The speedometer was approx. 20% off the correct speed
New speedo gear
The emergency brake didn’t work, the cables were incorrectly installed
Re-cable the brake
The differential is “pieced together” and needs to be gone through
Havn’t addressed it yet but needs to be taken apart
The shelf that the battery sits on has two legs supporting the shelf, both were rusted off and the shelf was unsupported.
Make and re-weld shelf supports
I put the Jeep in 4-wheel drive to make sure it worked and the front “pumpkin” started leaking fluid.
Drain pumpkin and replace gasket/re-fill pumpkin
So far, I’ve spent $3,700.00 to address the above issues and there are many more issues to go. For anyone that decides to use EZ Jeeps I suggest that you put in the contract that everything needs to work and work appropriately. Learn from my mistake!

Bruce and team work magic!! He helped me get my 1st car, a 1979 CJ5, back on the road after 25+ years. It was ready for the junkyard but Bruce had other ideas. He worked with me from the beginning and made the entire process seamless. His team did a remarkable job with my CJ and now my kids are enjoying a piece of history. Thank you Bruce!

We received our new (to us) 1979 Jeep CJ-5 about a month ago from EZ Jeeps. The quality and extent of the work was above and beyond our expectations. We are thrilled with the outcome, and were very impressed with the level of detail. The goal was to have a mechanically solid, good running, reliable vehicle with updated cosmetics, and all of this at a very reasonable price (under $20K). A “show” quality Jeep would be 2 or 3 times that amount, and it wouldn’t be much different to us. Thank you Bruce and Karen for making the process easy for us, and for such an awesome outcome! I would highly recommend EZ Jeeps for any Jeep refurb, rebuild or other services.

I traded my 1997 Wrangle for a 1994 YJ which Bruce had restored and customized. Great job and I am very pleased with the outcome! I would definitely get my next Jeep at EZ Jeeps! Bruce ensured the jeep was in great running condition, even when I encountered an issue afterwards. They were persistent in finding and resolving within a short period of time.
