I went and got some money off of a direct express card. And she shorted me a $100. And then they said that they did did not. They steal money. I had banked with them for years. And this is the first problem I have ever had. I am not amused. I am not happy. Now I am short on my bills because they will not return my money.

We have been with Fairwinds for a very long time however this particular branch is awesome. Recently we had fraudulent charges on our credit card. Visa was dragging their feet at processing the claim taking more than 30 days. Evelina came through and had the entire mess cleaned up in one day! We are loyal members of Fairwinds!

FEES UPON FEES! You try to avoid the fees and they will *literally* charge a fee for that. I know, I just finished crying to a customer service agent on the phone about how to avoid fees and you can’t. You literally cannot avoid paying fees in any way here, if you are a not privileged.Privilege being the key word. When you live pay check to pay check, have any kind of disability, are held back in life in any way that you need every single penny to count to your bills, eat and just survive, then this is not the bank for you. I should’ve done my research before hand, cause google showed me many other people talk about all of their fees.The people who work here (and at any other branch!) are absolutely lovely and really do try to help. I always explain that I’m autistic when I call and apologize in advance for crying, they’ve always been real MVPs.It’s just the company that leeches off its clients. ?? I can’t believe I thought a CU would help the little people more than a big bank like Truist….***also I walked three miles to make a cash deposit before catching the bus to work (cause branches are closed before 9am) just for the atm to be “temporarily out of service” and they don’t have a drive thru atm like most other banks. I’m never risking ever coming to this branch again cause if you don’t drive and work before 9 then you’re screwed.

Such rude customers service these two refuse to provide how long its going to take to cash my check. They respond shortly and very like I'm a bother for cashing a check that belongs to fair winds. Long story short I won't be back.

I've been with Fairwinds for nearly 15 years and they have been a consistently good experience. This location is the one I use most nowadays and the staff here is very friendly, quick, and efficient. They are generally a very clean location and are happy to work with you with many different kinds of requests.

I have been a member with Fairwinds at this particular branch for nearly a decade. Throughout the years Evelina has been my loan officer. She continues to give me good advice concerning all my financial needs. I trust no one else besides her. She’s welcoming, kind and explains everything with such ease.The branch itself is inviting as soon as I enter. Angelique and the rest of the tellers are all so kind, helpful and entertaining. I can’t praise this branch enough. I highly recommend the Longwood branch to become a member. And experience the A team of service.

Angelique has always been a super fantastic bank team member! She would always take care of me at the Lake Mary branch so when I heard she moved to Longwood, i took my bank services over there too. She can make something as mundane as paying off your credit card seem pleasant!

Physical building at s great, love banking here, but their phone service is horrible. Have called several times over last couple of days and the one time I did get through, something happened and I was dropped. I just hung up after close to 30 minutes, AFTER, calling back and leaving my number which , when I answered, went back to the recording ?

This is my favorite Fairwinds. I've never had to wait in line. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I have had some great conversations with Angelique. She's a doll! Who knew going to the bank could brighten your day:)
