I've been a customer of this store for almost 20 years, and I'll never buy from this location, or spec any products from Fastenal for My Customers ever again.
They're just complete lying scumbags.
I've spec'd out hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of parts from this company, and regret ever doing it.
It's like dealing with Used car sales people. They Quote you prices, you show up to pick up your product, then they triple the price and expect you to talk them down to 50% more than their original website list prices like they are doing you a favor.
I can't stand it. They used to be such a good company to do business with. But within the last 2 or 3 years, have completely reversed course and are now just horrible to deal with. Lying, cheating, etc...
Always looking for ways to drive you away as a customer.
It seems like the only thing that's important to them is to drive away business.

They do have those hard to find items here but the prices are a little steep.
