If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been shipping through this location for over 30 years and there were ups and downs but lately it has become completely unbearable! First of all, people working at this location seem completely incompetent and should not be allowed to do jobs at this level! And second, even more importantly, their lack of any willingness to provide some type of customer service is stunning! Corporate, do you read these comments? Yes, we like FedEx but because the other shippers blew it! You were better but this location is erasing all of the good will in a hurry! We waited in the shipping room full of people for 20 minutes and no one showed up at the counter! On Friday before the Memorial Day weekend!!! When customers started yelling to get some attention, short, sleepy looking lady with attitude showed up and started processing the packages. We were second in line but when she processed our package it showed 5:08. When asked if the package will get picked up today she barked 'it's after 5, isn't it?'. When I protested and said we were here 15 minutes till 5 and no one bothered to process our packages she barked ]ok, ok, it will go out today'.
Well, turns out she lied, it is Saturday and package is stuck at this location. It was very important for us that it would go Friday and we jumped through many hoops to make it happen, this location ruined it. To Madeline, the manager of this location - we have known you for many years and you did a great job. Lately, we come here only if we really, really have to - and are still let down. What is happening?!!!

The employees really dont like doing their job here and will send you away to other places just so they dont have to look for your package. Its a challenge to even talk to the manager Madeline to avert this issue. If they tell you they didnt receive your package chances are its its here and they aren't willing to look.

I'm waiting for a package from work and on the app it says they tried to deliver it at 7:18 am this morning but I was up at 6:45 am and there was no delivery. Plus I'd signed up for notification about this delivery and received none. Very disappointed.

I pay for 2 day shipping, and your driver attempts to deliver to the wrong house. That house is abandoned but they leave a door tag saying they will try again tomorrow. I put a note on that house saying the correct one is Nextdoor, you know the one with the right house numbers on it…. Today they tried to deliver to the wrong house again and now are returning to sender. I called as soon as I got a notification they couldn’t deliver. But they can’t help me
How can a company be so incompetent.

These 5 stars are for Jara (hopefully I spelled this right) and her wonderful customer service. My package went missing for 3 days and she made it her mission to find it under over 100 packages. Please give this hardworking woman a raise!

How do you not have a way to print labels thats insane. Then you direct to me a Walgreens saying they can help when they can't. Just say you didn't want to do your job that's okay.

Was trying to deliver a package. They weighed, it gave me a price. Told me that they only accept debit or credit cards. So I had to come back when I went back. They weighed the package again. The price went up $6 and 10 minutes and then they tried it again and then it went up another $9 in 2 minutes. Obviously they have no idea what they're doing. We'll never go back to FedEx again.
