I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far. I am actually coming in today to discuss a matter on something that happened to me at a store and they already have notes on my accounts from when I called the service line. This bank is usually really good at refunding or checking to see what went on when charges don’t add up. They are 10,000 times better than truist. I would wait over 20 minutes behind one car at the drive-through. I am not even exaggerating. They were slow. In fact, molasses was quicker than they were at getting people through the drive-through.If I go through the drive-through or ATM at 5th/3rd I am literally in and out no more than a few minutes. They are honestly the best bank that I have ever had. I plan to open up a business account with them when my animal rescue gets up and running.

I recently opened a bank {checking account} last tuesday, with personal banker Tammy and she was very courteous,prompt ,very friendly and hands on helpful and provided me the most customer service pleasure anyone could ever receive . I am glad i'm a new member of FIFTH THIRD BANK.

I love the people that’s works there. They’re just like a family. But I have just recently had a problem with the ATM. I try to deposit my money so I won’t get overdraft fees today but the ATM just literally took my 40 dollars from me and my debit card. As I have a witness with me. I hope they can work with me. I already getting a new card in the mail but hope they could put my $40 in my account and have the remaining I suppose to have in my account. Hope the manager can help me resolve this problem

I had fraud on my account, checks were intercepted in the mail, copied, forged and mobile deposited into 2 separate accounts. Almost $6,000 in total. Instead of giving me a conditional credit while they worked it out, they told me it will be UP TO 6 MONTHS to get the money back. I thought that was what FDIC coverage was for - when I had Chase they automatically gave me a conditional credit because it is a business account and a lot of money runs through it. Very terrible experience - when we initially called it was going to take 5 - 7 DAYS...How do we get to 6 MONTHS!!! Terrible service, I am going back to Chase - this is only the second time this has ever happened, but when this happened with them I had a conditional credit right away. Thank God I have enough to cover for it. I can't imagine someone who couldn't. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I had a very bad experience with this bank. Look around before you put your money here. While they held my atm card, someone was visiting convenience stores and taking money out of my checking account. This is very fishy considering the manager had my card in an unlocked desk drawer when I pressed him on this. They refunded my money without explanation of how it happened.
