Made an appointment, which they cancelled 30 min before i got there and told me I had to wait 5 hrs for an oil change.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They get you in and out when they say they will and if there is a hold up they will update you instead of letting you wait. I’m always happy about service I receive.

When I called to get information and to schedule our brakes to be replaced, Kevin was very helpful. When we arrived for our brake job, Kevin was very helpful in explaining to me why our rotors did not need to be serviced or replace. He also made sure that we were given the discount (coupons) that were available for the brake job. I highly recommend them.

I've had a few interactions with Firestone in the last few years and every time they have been off the charts exceptional their staff has always been knowledgeable helpful and I always feel like I'm in good hands just recently Eric and Chris went above and beyond to get me to work on time on a Friday afternoon as a woman it's important to have a shop that you can trust I highly recommend Firestone Longwood and its fantastic crew thank you

The service desk is very clean and professional, they were able to get the car in that day.
They were able to quickly assess what the issue was and called back in a timely manner.
However, they did not give options within the scope of work as they would rather use genuine manufactured parts inside a 16 y.o. vehicle rather than after the market, resulting in a $1k difference.
Do your research before committing.

I always have top notch service with the service at this Firestone in Longwood. They service my 2016 Accord and 2022 Ram. I wouldn’t take my vehicles nowhere else.
