Zach was Amazing! He came to my home and set up my computer which was still in a box. Extremely thorough and made sure everything was installed and working properly. He even took the time to diagnose a printer which I was told needed a new hard drive when in fact only it only needed new ink cartridges. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge, patience and pricing.

Home computer had recent multiple issues that I could not figure out. Called Zack at Gateway Tech IT Services and he came out the same day. Zack spent a lot of time fixing the system and did a great job. Polite, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. Responsible, pro-active, and affordable pricing. Very good service.

Zach is AWESOME! For our small business needs, he set up our information management systems (Office 365), got us all (5 computers) connected and linked together, implemented virus protection and will be coming back to install cameras.
