I was building a PC and was having constant issues with overheating and booting that I didn't know how to solve. Zach was not only able to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem in a day, but he also continued to assist me whenever I had questions about optimizing my build. He's a real cool dude and he deserves all the praise he gets in these reviews. Just make sure you call ahead of time so you know when he's in office!

Zack is AMAZING!! and here is whyFirst he doesn’t pretend that the job is sooo difficult, basically to justify a crazy cost, to charge you too much . His charges are very reasonable.Second, He get the job done with attention to details, and finally the support after that which is a BIG DEAL! for any work completed.I highly recommend him!

Zack was great! Met him at the shop within 20 mins of calling ( he was on his way back after a mobile call). He quickly figured out we had a broken screen and confirmed the Apple Warranty was still in effect! Will definitely call Gateway first for our next Tech issue!
