My husband treated me to an hour massage today, he booked it. I was excited! I arrived 10 minutes early filled out paperwork and waited. I was taken back 10 minutes late. My massage therapist asked me what kind of massage I wanted. I told her deep tissue I didn’t really want something relaxing. I wanted something productive. She seemed aggravated. Massage went fairly quickly. She only did my back side. Never had me turn over. When she was finished she told me she would wait outside while I got dressed when I looked at the clock we still had 12 minutes remaining. Not counting from the time she took me, but from the time my appointment was scheduled. So 22 minutes short of an hour. When I cashed out upon leaving I was charged $119 not including gratuity. I tipped cash. $119 for 38 minutes I would not recommend.

Michael S is by far the best masseuse I've ever had. I've been going to him for years and he's amazing. He can provide a relaxing massage and educate on body composition, stretching routines, etc. He loves what he does and it's evident in his work. Huge fan, will continue to return!

From the moment I walked in I wasnt impressed with this location. The woman at the front desk was loud and kinda rude. The chairs and furniture in the lobby are worn and ripped. My therapist came to get me late, didn't know where the hot stones were, said they didn't have any towels and then was in the hallway talking while i was waiting on her to come in to start the massage. She finally started 17 min after my appointment time. And you better believe she did not make that up to me cause she stopped early too.She also wore gloves, which i would have been told about, it ruined the whole massage. Also, I'm not sure what type of gloves they were but if latex clients could have allergies. She was rough with me, didn't ask if the pressure was okay until i said "ouch". Also i told her not to touch my legs at all and she did anyways. Since there were no towels i couldn't get the oil off. And when she did my feet, once again since they didn't have towels, she has weirdly brushing stuff off my feet with a piece of paper.I told the front desk woman but she was so loud i didn't tell her everything because. I didn't want everyone hearing me.They didn't even offer to give me my package back.I'll be trying a different location.

I have only had wonderful experiences with Irene, she is a very knowledgeable person, from the beginning I let her know that my skin is very sensitive and she immediately knew what products to use to avoid any reaction. She has also been very helpful in recommending which products are best for my skin type and I definitely see a difference.

The services (massage and facial) were very good but I was "upgraded" in both services to add-on charges which were not discussed with me at all. I was shocked when it was time to pay. Hand & Stone immediately discounted those services so they did the right thing, but I've never had this happen before and it was 2 different therapists. Also, it was very chaotic that day. I received a text message 2 hours prior to my appointment time telling me both services were canceled, then another telling me only 1 was canceled. I called in to determine what was going on and was on hold for well over 10 minutes. I think they need more front desk help in getting people checked out. It was total chaos.

Our massage therapists were great and did awesome work, but the prices are misleading and way over what we expected in comparison to the website. We paid $160 per person for a couples massage (which is a lot in comparison to competitors in the area) You are charged additional money for being a non-member, we paid extra for a couples room, and the Himalayan salt stones were $30 additional and weren’t used as much as we thought they would be. This is something to keep in mind if you book here.

Really sad when you have a membership for over 5 years consistently with never a single late or missed payment and something happens and your card changes they cancel you, take away all the packages you’ve accumulated over the year and then tell you that you would just have to sign up again.No, thank you.

It is a nice establishment, and the staff is very attentive and professional. I have received treatment from different therapists and they all have a unique way to do the same Swedish massage. I enjoy a quiteSession and at times the therapist would engage in educational conversation and pause the massage. Where I appreciate it so much, at that time I ammore interested in getting my treatment. I don’t know how to politely ask for quiet time. I wish that it was a type of untold rule. Otherwise it is very nice and I look forward to my next session.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The massage therapist was late to work therefore she shorted my massage. And I expressed this when I checked out with no results.

The staff was great but the quality of the massage was garbage. You don’t get your full hour, the massage therapist kept talking even though I chose no talking when I filled out the paper work and I left in more pain than I came in. It’s not work the money honestly.

They had 5 starts from me until today. My boyfriend got me a membership last year and the last few months I haven't gone. Anytime I did go I used my debit card to pay the tip. He hasn't paid the membership and Yesterday I received 3 notifications for 3 separate charges of $69.95! After the 2nd charge I called 3 separate times and no answer so i left a message. After the message sometime later I got charged a 3rd time and still no call back. They were never authorized to charge my card for the membership since my boyfriend was paying for it. This is ridiculous!!! $209.85 stolen from me by the Longwood location.

I should be in my massage right now. Went to check in early......filled out paperwork.....filled out more paperwork.....filled out even more paperwork.......massage should have started........still filling out more paperwork.......then they tell me wrong person.....I was so angry that I left in total frustration which is the opposite of why I went there in the first place. No more paperwork for me......I'm closing out my acct. DONE!

I want to give a big thank you to my massage therapist Brie. By far the best experience I ever had at any spa to date. Brie took her time, asked my question and really listen to me and I feel way better after my massage. Thank you Brie, I will be coming back again.
