DO NOT FILE HERE! They are liars and scam artists! Especially Donna! They will not file you correctly. They will ignore everything you request, and they will have NO TRANSPARENCY with you. They just want your money. Their job comes secondary. I've been with them for my whole adult life, and now it's time to go elsewhere.

Worst experience I've ever had with them. Never asked me an important question and messed up my filing of taxes. Seemed not truly willing to help me fix their screw up! Honestly go to a different office, they are the worst for a corporate office.

My tax preparer Margaret Mowry was amazing, extremely professional and very patient. Even though for the first time in my life I had to pay the IRS, she made it easy to understand and why I owed the IRS.
