I saw these reviews and thought I should put in my two cents. I have been banking here since it was Liberty Mutual decades ago. I don't even live in the area anymore, but still bank here because I have found this branch to always be staffed by the most professional, courteous and pleasant people I've ever encountered. That's huge, given the standards of customer service we encounter these days.I am sure I am not alone in this assessment. I have always felt valued as a customer, and it can't possibly be because of my good looks. These are just good people who deserve to be acknowledged.

Says drive thru is open on Saturday 9am-12pm. I go there at 9:30am theres no one there.

I used Iberia for 2 years for my business. I needed to get my statements for 2019 and because I was no longer a customer they charged me $120.00. What a pathetic bank. It was also garbage service when I did used them which is why I made the switch to Chase.

Horrible branch. Heavy set teller Katherine loves to give customers a hard time. Won't be returning to this branch ever again and I always advise my friends and family to never bank with Iberia.

I called this branch 3 separate times in regards to fraudulent activity associated with my bank account, and each time I called, I was told I'd be called back...I never received my call back. The employees working at this location don't seem to care about their accounts. In the meantime, my small business has been crippled by bank fraud, with my money sitting in limbo for over a week...still waiting for that call back...and my stolen money to be reimbursed...I won't hold my breath.

I had a very discouraging and unpleasant experience when attempting to open a business account there when dealing with the Assistant Manager Elizabeth Rosa; especially after speaking to the TOLL FREE customer service department and they advised me that I should not have had the experience that I had.
