They keep sending prescription that I dont need and they keep charging the insurance. Thats fraud after I called to cancel they still send it. Since I dont pay for it they just keep charging the insurance!

Immediately after my doctor called in my prescription, I received a text from Integra RX to pay for my prescription. There was no way for me to confirm my address for delivery, but I paid anyway and attempted to call them to set up delivery with no response. I have called numerous times over the last 8 days and have had no contact with anyone and no further texts. Maybe they have shut down, who knows. I ended up switching to CVS and will dispute the charge with my credit card. This company has got to be a scam or no longer in business.

I’ve been waiting for a prescription to be shipped to me since last Friday, when I was promised it was going out that day after paying over the phone. Even though I’ve had a tracking number for two days, the package has not yet been received by USPS and I need this prescription. I’m miserable and it’s due to this pharmacy’s mishandling of a script they’ve actually had in their possession since last Friday. This is unacceptable service. I never even received a call from them when the script was received. I had to track them down and wait on hold for them to tell me it was going out same-day, and that was a lie. Avoid this pharmacy if you can’t help it.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! They will put your prescriptions on automatic refill without asking and without calling to verify your current address. They’re extremely difficult to get ahold of and if you do, they say they’ll “call you back.” And then, never do. I’ve been trying for a week to get them to rerun a prescription that should have NEVER been filled in the first place under my new insurance and keep getting the run around. Although nice, Alana in billing won’t call me back and won’t rerun the RX through my new insurance. Might I add, I never received the medication either because I had moved. Just save yourself the headache and frustration and get your meds sent to the different pharmacy.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The poor communication and long response times are very frustrating. For one simple eczema prescription, I had to call a total of five times. I even had to contact for dermatologist office so that they could get through to Integra Rx to check on my prescription. Absolutely horrible!
