I am so happy to have found journeys and couldn't be more satisfied with the massage therapy I'm receiving from Debbie. She is absolutely professional and awesome and the establishment is really clean and friendly. I would recommend everyone to give them a chance to assist if needed. They're great.

Journeys is an exceptional fitness and wellness center that deserves the highest praise. My husband and I working out with Kevin for the last 2years. He is so accommodating for the workouts and he personalized the exercises based on our need. I saw huge progress on how I feel or look with these workouts. Can’t recommend him enough.The place is clean and organized. They all are knowledgeable and passionate to create personalized programs based on your needs. The focus on overall well-being, with additional wellness services, sets them apart. Highly recommended!

Orthopedic massage has really helped my back pain as well as my leg strength, numbness and circulation. I intend to make this an ongoing regular weekly session. Debbie is wonderful!!!!

I’ve been seeing Deb for years. She is the only one who has not only given a quality massage, but helped me through marathon training and post babies. She is the best! Staff is always friendly and facilities are clean. I won’t see anyone else.

Everyone is so friendly! Jessie is an excellent massage therapist. She's really good at targeting the source of pain and working on a long term plan to make sure you truly get well. Debbie and Kevin are always smiling and welcoming! They care about healing you entirely. Not just getting you in and out the door. I can't recommend them enough.

Jessie is an absolutely phenomenal licensed massage therapist. I walked in with a sore shoulder. I carry stress in my low back and shoulders like many people that have desk jobs. I walked out feeling more energetic and the stiffness in my shoulders and back had disappeared. I cannot recommend a visit to Journey's to see Jessie highly enough. I'm looking forward to a return in the near future.

Orthopedic massage for injuries fixed some limitations of joint and muscular movement that I thought I'd have to live with for the rest of my aging process. Now both shoulder and hip have full range of motion that left the yoga folks saying "Most men can't do that, you know?" Thank you, Debbie!

I trained with Sarah Giddens and she is amazing! I was showing results by four weeks with only 30 minutes 2-3 times per week. She is calm yet encourages in a way that makes me want to push harder. I highly recomment her and Journeys.
