Park & Patina installed custom built-in bookshelves in our library. This was our dream room, and they did a fantastic job helping us bring it to life! They were organized and friendly, and took care to keep any construction mess contained and quickly cleaned up. It took a long time to complete, but was well worth it in the end. We were very happy with Park & Patina, and would love to hire them again for future renovation projects in our home.

We are extremely pleased with the master bathroom remodeling performed by Park and Patina. Their entire approach to and during the project was first class. They listened to us during the design phase and incorporated our desires. The construction phase went very smoothly and was done throughout by highly skilled craftsmen. James Taylor the Project Manager was on top of the project at all times and kept us informed daily. His helper, Harvey went about his work in a quiet but thorough manner. The final remodeled bathroom was just as we envisioned so we highly recommend Park & Patina.

This team is simply incredible. Sean & Kimberly make the job feel like family affair (in all the good ways and none of the bad), and Benny and EVERYONE on their team is dynamite. We're not even 100% complete yet but I just had to shout praises to our project manager and for making our dreams a reality!!

Park & Patina were a dream to work with. We renovated our kitchen, master bathroom and made structural changes to our living room area, including downsizing a staircase and removing walls. Kimberly and Sean Canada were knowledgeable, creative, kind and patient in the process, giving us a range of solutions to choose from that brought our vision to life within our budget. Their support team, including James, Benny and Harvey, we were absolutely incredible. Good people through and through.
This was a significant, 6+ month project, and they helped us navigate every detail including difficulties with permitting. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable during the demo phase since we opted to remain in our house for the duration of the project. They helped us move our appliances around so we could still use them, and even helped us set up a temporary kitchen on our patio.
Once the build process began, P&P was in our house every weekday for several months and were always courteous, trustworthy, respectful and approachable.
We are thrilled with how the finished work came out - better than we could have imagined. The team ensured every element was to our liking and left no stone unturned.
We plan to renovate more rooms in our house down the road. Park & Patina will be the only design/build company we call to do the job.

Park and Patina review – Borowski residence
When my husband and I decided to remodel our home, we interviewed 3 companies for the job. One was from Maitland, one from Oviedo and the last was Park and Patina of Longwood. Our decision to use P & P was based on several factors. The biggest for us was compatibility with the owners and their desire to listen to us and come up with the best plan for our home. The second was price. We had a number in mind when we started out and they let us know that this was probably not going do-able at that number. They worked with us to better define the project and we thought the final pricing was reasonable. The last factor, was the timeline. We wanted to do the project within 4 months. After talking to all 3 companies, we felt the most comfortable with the Park and Patina husband and wife team of Sean and Kimberlee.
Our renovation consisted of flooring in all rooms except the bedrooms, a complete kitchen, laundry room and 2nd bathroom gut and a stacked stone fireplace wall. We replaced all lighting fixtures in the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and added recessed lighting in the family room.
Kimberlee determined what type of renovation we preferred, which turned out to be traditional. She guided us through the process of the selection our cabinets, countertops, tiles for the bathroom and backsplash for the kitchen and all pulls for the cabinets and the flooring. It is not easy to make selections but with her help and the help of the flooring center and the countertop store, we made our final selections. It is easy to second guess yourself after the process but once we saw it all come together, we could not have been happier with the choices we made. She also gave us great choices for kitchen lighting and entry way. Everything came together nicely. We could not be more pleased with the final result
The construction crew headed by Sean and his team were exceptional. He provided us with the final details that they adhered to religiously. We moved out of our house for the entire 4-month period and they treated our house like their own. Not once did we feel unsafe having them in our home and they cleaned up constantly. Benny, the foreman of the crew was on constant contact with us and Sean provided us with written updates on a daily basis. We always knew what was going on and what was accomplished at the end of each day. If they had any questions about any decisions along the way, they immediately contacted us to determine the right course of action. We were very happy with the direct contract and their ability to make changes on the fly if need be.
My husband and I would highly recommend Park and Patina for any of your home remodeling needs. They work well as a team. Sean works the construction side and Kimberlee works on the design side. Their team of workers are highly skilled and the subcontractors for plumbing and tile work, did an excellent job as well. We would definitely hire them again if the need arises.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Sean and Kimberly Canada for a number of years. They genuinely care for their clients. They do excellent work and are top-notch when it comes to their system for designing and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms & whole home interiors. Park and Patina Design Build renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Sean, Kimberly, Benny, and James all worked together to delivery a positive experience throughout our renovation. They were professional, patient, and respectful of our home and personal space. Sean and Kimberly were responsive and timely with their communication, and even went above and beyond to include our children in the renovation process. I could not be any happier with the outcome of our kitchen remodel. Kitchen & Bath Plus’ attentiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. Not only are they great at what they do, they are craftsmen, artists and take so much pride in their work. The attention to detail and perfection was on display every single day. They were at my home working every day (except when we were waiting on permits). I could always call and contact them immediately. Their service is top-notch. The quality of materials are 1st class. The entire team are genuine people who truly care. Most importantly, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. They are not satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied. I particularly loved the fact they are an Interior designer and a General contractor all in one. It’s a one-stop-shop so the entire process is seamless. I would refer Kitchen & Bath Plus to anyone! Services >1. Kitchen remodel & unexpected termite damage unknown to till cabinets were removed so a complete wall & rewiring was done .2. Other Misc repairsWe are so glad we went with Kitchen &Bath Plus . We had other quotes but after meeting the owners Kimberly & Sean we knew they were the ones. They were so kind , caring & took pride in their work .We instantly felt comfortable with them as they took interest of what we really wanted & were more than willing to help us achieve our dream kitchen .One of my biggest concerns was the dust during the renovation due to my (E)severe Asthma & Sean took care of making sure I was ok throughout the project as he had the team put up a plastic barrier. The team swept the area at the end of each day .Benny was on top of that day to day as well as on many other things.Kimberly & Sean were so professional, kind caring , they both paid attention to details from the beginning to the end with the design & construction.They made sure I could visualize all aspects of the process as I am a very visual person. (E)Schedule > we are planners so having a schedule online to look at what was planned for the week & including the name of the team member was great & if there was change we were told.TeamThey were amazing they also took pride in their work. Benny was on site most of the time . He stayed on top of everything. He went over & beyond. We had no worries about him & James being in our home whether we were home or not . Actually we had full trust in Sean & Kimberly & their team . Now a days thats not always the case .Tile > his name escapes me at the moment. He took his time to show us with our tile with different patterns before installing them . Told us the positive & negative if any of each . So appreciated it that.Sean , Kimberly & Benny took care of us & our home like they would their own .The team was punctual , professional . Everyone took pride of their work as did Sean & Kimberly. They responded quickly & no question was insignificant to them .K&B plus is outstanding , reliable & dedicated & they both took of everything no matter how minor it was .Sean is an amazing contractor who likes to make sure the work is done right & shows up on site at each stage & in between . He always ended the conversation with do you have any questions or concerns for me & he would take care of them if there were any.Sean & Kimberly care about u & the project . They go over & beyond. Kimberly met us wherever was convenient for us . As an architect, I have worked with Kitchen & Bath Plus for several years on various types of construction projects...not just Kitchen and Bath installations. Kim and Sean are professionals. They are concerned and attentive to all aspects of any project, including structural, codes, and what is best for their client. They don't play games, and don't try to 'sell' things that the clients don't need. And they analysis every aspect of a project to make sure there will be few surprises once work proceeds. Totally professional.
