Lake Center Yoga classes integrate Yoga poses with meditation, pranayama breath work, ahimsa non-violence, and Kundalini Yoga practices. We emphasize integrating the experience from the Yoga mat into life with lessons on the Yogic lifestyle and how to live life in a healthy, happy way serving humanity with our individual, unique gifts. We show how the ancient teachings of Yogic philosophy can be updated to modern living for everyone to access, regardless of religion, gender or body shape.
