Scheduled a simple oil change for 8am. Was informed it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Did not appear busy, only one other car in the garage at the time. Checked in after 40 minutes, hadn't even drained the oil yet. Wasn't done until almost 10am. Missed my other appointments for the morning. Charged full price. Won't be back.

Very dishonest place. Took my 2023 Genesis GV80 in for a tire patch after discovering I had a nail inside the tire that was causing me to lose air. I wasted 35 minutes of my life in this place only to be told that I need new tires on my pretty brand new vehicle that just reached 20k miles. I was told that my tires were pretty much “bald” and that “by law it’s illegally” for them to patch the tire. Then he begin all this tire jargon talking about this 32nd and that 32nd although I had mentioned to him that my vehicle is services regularly by Genesis and was just in for service a few weeks prior and they made no mention of the tires needing replacement. He then proceeds to tell me that it’s “still a Hyundai” and they make these cars “very cheaply” with the “cheapest parts”, despite having Michelin tires on my vehicle. I’m sorry but what’s better than Michelin. I told them to back my vehicle up and give it back to me and I write this review now from North Orlando Genesis while my tire is being patched and was told by Genesis that I’m good for at least another 30k miles easily on these tires. This car is so advanced, it’d tell me if I needed new tires just as it told me the pressure was off and on what tire. These people are rip off artists… DISGUSTING!!!
Totally rip off- I get it’s there job to try and upsell customers even if it means lying to them but I will never recommend or step foot back in another PepBoys and would caution anyone else as well to shop around.
I should have asked the guy what he drives…I’m sure he’s not in an $83k Genesis.

I came in 30 minutes before closing. I had a bolt stuck in my tire. Even though they had two vehicles they were still working on they still fit me in. Davis the store manager saved the day!
