Had such a smooth easy transition from my old storage unit. Office manager was beyond accommodating. I hope to stay here at this storage unit for a long time.

FURNITURE AND CONTENTS RUINED. Dead Rat found in/near my unit. Rat poop and pee along with roaches and baby roaches ruined my items in storage. I wish I did my research better but I would never recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. They’re never in the office so usually your only option is to call customer service. You won’t be able to get ahold of customer service unless you call as a new customer looking for a new storage unit. I discussed my findings of my contents and my intent to vacant the storage unit with customer service. I asked for a refund or even reimbursement for the damaged items and almost as an insult, sent me $25 as a credit to the account…. Keep in mind, I had around $3700 in furniture damaged. Also know that INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER ITEMS DAMAGED TO animals, insects, etc. This place is a joke along with management.

Barbara is amazing . Her people skills and customer service are impeccable. Friendly , helpful and solved all of my issues within minutes . I would recommend this location to anyone

Barbara provided awesome service to us last Saturday when we came in to get a larger unit.
We had been in a 10x5 since January 2023, but found ourselves requiring a bit more room so we needed a 10×10.
We were able to switch quickly, unloaded small unit and moved in to larger unit within a few hours and beat the rain!!

Noel was the young lady who helped me get a storage unit here. Friendly, fast and efficient. I was disheartened that we had to walk to my unit upon arrival. She expressed her company golf cart was broken and although offered (for safety reasons she couldn’t get in the car with customers.)I definitely think with weather conditions so hot in Florida the Company should fix the golf cart for these ladies!

I must say this Public Storage location has one of the nicest staff I’ve had. Especially Barbara and Jaime walked me through every issue I had and made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend them and this Location!
