We had a great experience with Quality Craftsmen for our shower installation. The team was professional and efficient throughout the process.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was an option for a coated sliding glass door to help prevent fogging. Considering the overall cost, having that type of sliding door would have made the experience even better.
Overall, we’re very happy with the shower installation and would recommend Quality Craftsmen for their quality work.

I can’t speak for the quality of the work as I haven’t had any done yet, but Shanque was very helpful over the phone getting me an appointment setup. I would recommend this company to at least get a quote as they make the process very easy and quick.

Working with Quality Craftsman has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. My sales representative, Nick Upper, was a delight to work with. I was planning a full bathroom remodel, including converting my bathtub into a shower to make it more accessible for my mom, and Nick was incredibly empathetic throughout the process. He walked me through multiple options that would best suit our needs and brought plenty of tangible samples to help me envision the final design. His guidance truly helped me shape my ultimate vision for the bathroom.
I was also very impressed with QC’s background and thrilled to support a family & veteran-owned business. Nick provided several financing options, and I ended up with a very fair price(much better than the quotes I received from larger, big-brand companies).
The installation process was just as seamless. Matt, my installer, was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home. I was amazed that at the end of each day, there was no dust or debris left behind—you wouldn’t have known a renovation was taking place.
Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Quality Craftsman to anyone considering a bathroom project.
