This is my new go to regions bank even though it's a little further down the road. I appreciate that they have a drive thru atm and it takes deposits at the atm to save you some time. The machine has always worked when I use it. That hasn't always been the case at other locations.

Don't ever go to this location for a notary. I went once and not one of them happens to be in the building. I went again tonight and she just forgot her stamp. I was advised to go to Amscot, my bank advised me to go to Amscot the bank I have a 20 year relationship with. I think I'm rethinking my bank. I've posted on Amscot and advised people to go there because that's where Regions sends them anyway. Oh yeah and I was told to call ahead for service the bank is supposed to offer. What I'm wondering is what good does calling ahead do when you walk in tell them what you're there for & they say "no problem" and have you wait 40 minutes? If I had called ahead I would have been told the same thing "no problem". So I wish they'd get responsible management and a less rude staff. After 20 years with a bank I've never felt like I wanted to move everything we have until now. I actually had to put my hand up 2-3 times to get this rude employee to SHUT UP before I just lost my temper and I'm a former Regions employee. I've never had any kind of experience like this. If she'd said I messed up, I'm sorry. It would've been different but she actually blamed the customer!

I got a mortgage from this company. Let me tell you. Sue Finsterer and her manager Ron Rawson are the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever met. I really do not know how they are still employed there with all of the bad reviews. Sue was very unprofessional when you ask her why it takes so long to close after closing dates were continually pushed back. The realtor we used to purchased my home were also so surprised by their unprofessionalism. Communication is non existent, and her manager Ron rawson who is just as bad if not worst had to take over. Go elsewhere and use another bank and another mortgage broker. You will regret using these people. I am just shocked they are still employed there.

I won't be doing business with Regions again. I came to Regions for a Construction Loan. They strung me along for 5 months, saying they could do a lot and construction loan. Then, changed their mind. It was actually a mistake, but no one would admit they did anything wrong, or apologize. They wasted my time and duped me. Sue Finsterer was nice, and I even had to talk to her manager Ron Rawson, but they never could admit they messed up big time. I have perfect credit score, and it was a large loan - so clearly even great clients don't mean anything to them. I'd hate to see how they treat people with lesser qualifications.

I have used this bank for years. Their Staff??? OMG. Let's put it this way: two of the tellers I play Words with Friends on my iPhone DAILY. One of the loan officers went my to my Alma Mater and grew up 15 minutes from me growing up and just met him. If you're in there and need a teller, ask for Paula or Jessica and tell 'em Gus sent you.

Per my mom's suggestion, due to her fantastic business experience with Regions, I opened a bank account there. I thought that I was quite explicit about how I manage my money and accounts when I opened accounts with them. About a month later, I realize I have been charged penalty fees for withdrawing funds out of my savings account because no one informed me that you are limited to the number of transactions you have with that type of account - despite my clean explanation on how I use my savings account and how often I am transferring money to and from it. Additionally, I don't like that the lobby closes by 4pm and that you HAVE to use the lobby in order to withdraw funds from your savings account. Which means, I have to leave work early every time I want to withdraw funds from that account to put elsewhere. Overall, I have not been satisfied with Regions at all. Daniel, who I opened my account with in Winter Park, has ALWAYS been helpful when I have had questions and the tellers at my local branch in Altamonte have always been pleasant. It's not the people that I have issues with at this bank it's the way they have their processes and times set up. I definitely prefer doing business with Wells Fargo. It's soooo much more user friendly.
