I have banked with Regions for years. Several times I had to go to my local branch when I needed help with transactions. Each time the person that I dealt with, whether it was a relationship consultant or a teller, was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this branch and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The ATM at this location took and did not deposit a decent portion of funds due to the ATM machine erroring. This incident occurred on 6/30/21 and still has not been resolved by regions. I called multiple times at this branch, called customer service and spoke to supervisors (some never called me back) and multiple reps. It was advised originally that this would be resolved in 3 business days but 6-7 business days later it is still not resolved. I went into the branch in person to see if anyone could escalate and help me further. I was told the reason this is taking so long is because this ATM is serviced by a third party. A formal complaint was filed by the branch to regions complaint department but I have never heard from anywhere there as of yet.I feel that regions is not matching the sense of urgency and has a poor system of resolving ATM issues. I have proof of the ATM error and with that I feel regions should credit back funds that was taken regardless of when the third party can come.I hope someone sees this and can help me as these funds were bills related.

This is my new go to regions bank even though it's a little further down the road. I appreciate that they have a drive thru atm and it takes deposits at the atm to save you some time. The machine has always worked when I use it. That hasn't always been the case at other locations.

This was the worst bank I have ever been to. I was traveling for a doctors appointment today and had to deposit $4350. I went through the drive through window and gave the cash to the teller with my ID and bank card. When she gave me the sheet back with the amount deposited it said $3350. $1000 dollars was missing and then they made it seem like I had no idea what I was talking about and that their cash counting machine is 99% accurate and that I didn't know how much money I gave them. Also saying that they don't double check the money counted if I don't give them a deposit slip. But they had none outside and then they didn't give me one when I came to the window!!!! The manager who's name was Sandra Hancock I believe Rudely was telling me if I had a problem with the deposit then I needed to come inside and that they would have to count the girls drawer for that. Making it seem like it was a burden and making it sound like it was only $10 missing! I WAS MISSING $1000. So I came inside to rudely be told that I needed to take a seat while they counted the drawer in a loud raised voice. Couldn't understand when I was missing $1000 why I couldn't stand far away and watch them count my money. Please keep in mind that my money was wrapped with $2000 paper wraps that said the amount of cash in that stack was $2000 and I had that on the $4000. If that makes sense. You would think if $1000 was not in that wrap, money would have been falling out of that. The manager then was telling me I had no idea the amount I was depositing! REDICULUS! Really... I wouldn't have known I was depositing that much money. Of course I did. I knew down to the last dollar.

Don't ever go to this location for a notary. I went once and not one of them happens to be in the building. I went again tonight and she just forgot her stamp. I was advised to go to Amscot, my bank advised me to go to Amscot the bank I have a 20 year relationship with. I think I'm rethinking my bank. I've posted on Amscot and advised people to go there because that's where Regions sends them anyway. Oh yeah and I was told to call ahead for service the bank is supposed to offer. What I'm wondering is what good does calling ahead do when you walk in tell them what you're there for & they say "no problem" and have you wait 40 minutes? If I had called ahead I would have been told the same thing "no problem". So I wish they'd get responsible management and a less rude staff. After 20 years with a bank I've never felt like I wanted to move everything we have until now. I actually had to put my hand up 2-3 times to get this rude employee to SHUT UP before I just lost my temper and I'm a former Regions employee. I've never had any kind of experience like this. If she'd said I messed up, I'm sorry. It would've been different but she actually blamed the customer!

I got a mortgage from this company. Let me tell you. Sue Finsterer and her manager Ron Rawson are the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever met. I really do not know how they are still employed there with all of the bad reviews. Sue was very unprofessional when you ask her why it takes so long to close after closing dates were continually pushed back. The realtor we used to purchased my home were also so surprised by their unprofessionalism. Communication is non existent, and her manager Ron rawson who is just as bad if not worst had to take over. Go elsewhere and use another bank and another mortgage broker. You will regret using these people. I am just shocked they are still employed there.
