Pump the gas into my car and gas mileage. Did not change, let them know. The pump is not working. He handed me receipts and told me he doesn't know that it will update while I drive. I know my car it updates instantly. STAY AWAY. THEY STEAL GAS AND MONEY

Stopped in to purchase gasoline. I used the self serve which worked fine. Premium gas (only grade I can use in my car) prices are still high! I didn't go in the convenience store so no comment.

It did not allow me to redeem my Shell rewards and worse yet, they supplied BAD GAS. Both my vehicles I filled up here within a week of each other and they each inexplicably started to suffer janky idle. The symptoms started going away after I refueled elsewhere with both my car and pickup.

I decided to read some of the reviews and I noticed one over a year ago. The customer talked about how the pump was allowing you to input your info into it for ruel rewards. Then not apply it right after you submitted payment to start pumping. I happened to me just now on pump #15. I had to literally end the transaction and then tried it a second time. It applied the discount. Almost got me, they need to seriously have all the pumps checked. Simply not cool.

Great place to text and ignore everything else.... Just ask the employees. Store was clean and had what i needed so that's great.

Pump was slow, not just slow, it took over 20 minutes for it to pump 8 gallons of gas. I didn't want to lose my rewards, and I had time, so I dealt with it.I originally was going to give a 1 star rating, but the employee came out on his own and offered apologies and explained the district manager knows about the problem, but won't fix it, etc. He offered me a free cup of fresh coffee. This employee is the only reason my rating went up.

First time I've ever been in a Circle K with NO slurpee machine. . And I asked the person at the counter if they just opened recently. They said, no they've been open for a long time.

While fueling at pump 2, their pump displayed an advertisement video for Pepsi Mango and printed out this coupon. Once inside, the associates said they don’t honor or accept these coupons. When I asserted that it was their own coupon, they sarcastically told me that they don’t have control of their pumps and apparently this is a routine thing for them to give customers offers that they “don’t scan.” Somehow I am the one being unreasonable for insisting they honor the unsolicited offer that they made to get me in the door? Needless to say, I will never be back to this station.

There are people walking in WITHOUT MASKS AND THE STAFF SAYS NOTHING . Being a healthcare worker , that’s not safe especially when the sign on the door clearly says MASK REQUIRED BUT STAFF DOESNT CARE
