Everyone - Laney, Gen, and Madysen are an awesome team at the T-mobile Longwood store at 969 Wesr SR 434. Madysen, who I just reviewed a week ago with a 5 star rating, along with Laney and Gen were simply brilliant and highly effective in helping to resolve a difficult problem pertaining to my phone's memory issues while transferring all of my files, photos, & videos from my old phone onto my new one. Each one of them was very knowledgeable and precise about the best protocol to solve my dilemma, individually and as a team. Thank you Madysen, Gen, and Laney for all of your hard work, positive energy, expert knowledge, friendliness, and an awesome vibe all around!!

Jay was helpful from the moment I walked thru the door... I went to the T-Mobile on SR 434 in Longwood thinking I would have to buy a new phone after losing mine yesterday.
Explaining to Jay that I hated the process of applying for a replacement on the computer being computer illiterate, that I would need to buy one.
Jay offered to walk me thru the steps using their system and with the cost of a small deductible the new phone will be delivered overnight to my address for me after work tomorrow, saving me $300- 400- ...Great team at this location...

My mother and I just met with a wonderful man named Oscar that helped us switch from Metro. The store is so comforting and makes you feel at peace. I am so happy after making this deal with Oscar. He is extremely honest and patient, I definitely recommend speaking with him if you come to this store. Oscar gave me trust in T-Mobile and he never tried to undercut me. What a honest and straightforward man, that truly made my day better!

Had the best experience in this store today. Oscar helped me with everything I needed. Sat with me for over an hour to get everything figured out. No rush, no pressure, purely professional. Hats off to the people working in this store. Well done. This is my go to store.

If I could give no stars I would! This is the second time I go here because customer service sends me to pick up a replacement item and they literally act like it’s coming out of their pocket. I pay insurance for good reason!! So it’s the second time I get my items shipped overnight directly to me and get a credit for dealing with these people.
Save yourself the frustration people.. don’t go here!!

I was having an issue with my phone. And instead of driving to my normaltimately, there was one just a few blocks up the road, which happened to be this 1 so I went in there. Waited about 25 minutes and a young man came over and said oh I can figure that out well after about 40 minutes of playing and pushing buttons, and trying to figure out the young man handed me my phone back and said. He couldn't figure out what to do or how to fix it.It was an update and he was unaware of what to do
So I left That t-mobile store in longwood
Drove to deltona to my normal t mobile store on saxon boulevard in orange city and they had me up and running and fixed in less than five minutes

So i came into the store because my phone was not working properly and the young lady by the name Laney quickly service me with a great smile and got my phone fix in no time I give her 5 stars on customer service. Thank you Laney for your excellent work.

I walked into this location today.. the representative (Oscar) didn’t even notice I walked in because he had his AirPod in and was on his phone, laughing giggling, having a grand ol’ time. After about a minute of standing there I said “hello!?” And he goes “oh hi, you should’ve said something earlier instead of just standing there” 😀 I go “okay- I just need to change my glass screen protector” and I hand him over my phone and ID (I’ve broken plenty of screen protectors and I know the process already). OSCAR then proceeds to rip off the cracked screen protector I had on my phone - DID NOT CHECK MY ACCOUNT, DID NOT CHECK MY ID, AND THE BEST PART? HE DID NOT CHECK HIS INVENTORY 🙂 he walked away to I guess grab a screen protector only to come back and tell me they’re out of stock and the best thing he could do for me was order me one but it’ll take A MONTH! I was in disbelief. Truly. The incompetence was beyond me. After about a minute of me being in complete disbelief he said “OR you could go to the mall and see if they have one”… after again, he had already ripped off my protector 🙂 needless to say I asked for a manager and he said there wasn’t one LOL. A complete joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, or better yet, DO NOT RECEIVE SERVICE FROM OSCAR! He is careless and truly not qualified for the position, cannot problem solve, and has little to no sense of proper handling procedures with their products.

Tmobile is awful. I had an account set up with autopay and for some reason the autopay was turned off and the account went to collections. I called to pay them and they told me I had to go to the store to do it, went to the store and the store told me I had to call them to do it. So now I'm going around in a circle. I tried calling again and was told again I had to go into the store. I literally just looked up the collections agency on my credit report and paid the law firm, with it's convenience fee, to be done with Tmobile. Never again, a nightmare experience.

Had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile store! Chris, Laney, Dillon and the manager Jay went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Their professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left the store feeling valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend this team for all your T-Mobile stuff!!!!!

Someone used my iPhone number and sent harassing and lewd messages to 4 people that I don't even know.. T-Mobile told me to not answer my phone when numbers come up that's not in my directory and it will stop. It was an illegal trying to tell me I had won $10 million dollars and he got ticked at me because I wouldn't play his game. Beware people, there are thieves that want to take your money or your whole bank account....
