Susan is the best! She set me up with a new storage unit when Public Storage was raising their prices for their units AGAIN and I had to switch. Always pleasant to talk to and super helpful. She sent me a link to make online payments ON HER DAY OFF when my card was having issues and she saw that I left a voicemail. Truely the GOAT for that one. The units are clean, mold free and affordable. Plus, theres plenty of parking, just make sure you dont park in a no parking zone or Susan will come get you

I would 100% highly recommend the Storage zone to my family and friends. Prices are extremely reasonable! I moved from another storage location where I had a loft unit and had to roll a big ladder to climb to my unit in order to get the better price. I got the same price here and it is a regular unit that I can walk into. The staff is so friendly and efficient and if help is needed they will service you right away even if it is after hours (which was my experience). The place is very well organized and like the security it offers.

Easy 24 hr access, and very cheap compared to other chain storage places. No hidden or extra fees and your initial rent price is locked in for a year. Nice and lit up at night. I highly recommend it.

I'm am lucky to have found this place. I was going thru a rough time & had no idea how to get the registration done, but the lady who runs the often, Susan, helped me every step of the way. She is fantastic. She calmed me down & made me feel much better. She is professional yet caring. To calm my nerves she had me laughing. I'm left there that day with the weight off my shoulders. The facility itself is super clean & area is very secure. I highly recommend this Storage Zone to anyone in need of storage. I have indoor, cooled storage & the price is the best in town. The location is convenient too. Close to all main roads in Longwood. You need to check it out. Make sure Susan is there. She's amazing. In fact I have never been there where she wasn't there working. She's always running around doing something.

We have no issues. Staff is nice, grounds & the inside are always clean. The carts are always in good condition. Their rates are reasonable compared to other places that are ripping people off.
