We have no issues. Staff is nice, grounds & the inside are always clean. The carts are always in good condition. Their rates are reasonable compared to other places that are ripping people off.

Have been a customer with Storage Zone for over seven years now. Have utilized different sized units to meet my growing business needs. It's been very convenient with 24 hour gated access, and a safe environment with ample lighting and video surveillance.

This is a convenient, easy to access, & clean storage facility with solid security. My stuff was stored for 6 months during those crazy floods while I traveled coast to coast... and when I was able to get back to the storage... all my stuff was safe.HUGE thank you to Susan!! She's super friendly & attentive and able to answer my questions with a smile (even after me forgetting how to access security a million times lol). I highly recommend this place! It's literally a hidden gem in Longwood.

We used Storage Zone for keeping equipment and supplies for our business and never had a single problem with the service. The two-unit combo we rented was dry, secure and safe over a two-year period. Susan Freeman was exceptional with quick response and courteous, professional service. I recommend Storage Zone in Longwood.

Susan is So Awesome & Helpful. I needed a storage because my storage at another location got flooded out and she coordinated it with another unit that was switching to another size & got me in! ? Thanks Susan for going the extra mile! Just a note too about the property, it didn't flood at this location during Hurricane Ian.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My family has used this storage location for the past 5 years. Reasonable prices and the new manager (Susan) has really turned this place around! Very clean and well secured property.

Susan has been wonderful and has always accommodated our clients needs and help us with having storage on our own.I've been a customer of this storage for about 2 years after transitioning from a warehouse. We are the local movers are in town and we always need storage for our clients and customers we've been recommending clients here since we've been doing business with the storage their prices are extremely Fair. We can only store so much at our facility over in Longwood and they make great as an affiliate. We will continue to send clients there and help them transition in and out of the facility as per there storage needs. We look forward to closing up here with you guys over in Longwood and another beautiful 2023.
