The Assistant Manager, nice looking man with an awesome southern accent, made my day. He showed me such a generous act of kindness and he was beyond patient with me as I was trying to get an order to my brother in the hospital. He made me cry in the sweetest way possible. The sub was perfect too. I hope that manager gets all the kudos because he deserves it. Thank you ? I’ll be coming here every time now!!!!P.S. He was busy and he still managed to keep that place very clean, pretty impressive honestly.

Not open 24hrs. There are employees in there that aren’t working and are looking at me as a customer but not answering the drive through. They just sat in there and laughed

I hope I can figure out how to upload a photo on here. I ordered a 6" tuna sandwich from drive through. The toppings are only in the middle, including the Mayo. These guys clearly don't care about what they serve, I suggest going to a different location.

Ok, so I rarely eat subway because anytime I get their sandwiches are just terrible. I’m not sure why but tonight my cheesesteak sub tasted like the ones I used to have back in the day. We will definitely order from this location again. Thank you!

Ordered through the drive through, got home ate my sandwich. Bit it and felt a gritty sensation as if there was dirt in my sandwich. Spit the food out opened my sandwich and there was a black pasty & sandy texture. Not sure if they placed mud in because I didn’t tip. But honestly,

There is a drive through and the touch screen to order was in working order. I often visit this subway location and when the screen is not working usually there is a hand written sign that says it’s not working and to order inside. When I came on the night of 11/17/23 I went through the drive through and ordered two sandwhiches. After ordering the screen said pull around per usual , and my boyfriend and I pulled the car around to the window. We waited for some time , 10 min turned into 20 , 25, then 30 minutes. At this point we were upset but there was a car behind us and we didn’t want to leave then the workers come over to the window right after. So we waited. And waited, beeped the horn, the people behind us did too, we were still waiting. Finally a female worker came to the window with an attitude and said “did yall say something?” There was no customer service or any questions or concerns. We told her we were waiting forever and she said that the drive through is not working. We asked why there was not a sign because we just waited so much time. She said it’s a corporate rule to not have hand written signs and that they were not allowed. I’m not sure if that is true or not but she sat there arguing with us . I get it , if there’s rules she must follow them but what she is capable of is walking and checking to see if there’s customers, print out a sign since you can’t hand write one, have some empathy that we were sitting at subway for 30 min. She said she does not have our order after all that time too. Makes sense if the drive through is broken but walk and check the window if so. Ask what we ordered and apologize for the wait. We heard her and her coworker literally screaming and laughing meanwhile they had customers waiting forever. My boyfriend and I had a car behind us waiting too. This was ridiculous, awful, and I wish I got that girls name because she was beyond rude and never apologized once that I recall. She was making every excuse of why she did not do her job of checking the window or putting a sign to notify customers.

I stopped by to get a sandwich. Two customers were present. I was told to get in the proper line, which I did. When the customers left, the woman with her hair up ignored me so I asked, when I would be served. She said when I’m through with this. Very unprofessional. I left hungry.

Our fav location. Always clean, nice staff, don't skimp on ingredients of take out subs. Plus they wrote "Happy Birthday" with a stick figure with a bday hat and ballon for my kid.

Slow service even when ordering online ahead of time. I've tried multiple times to make this subway work for me and constantly get disappointed.Parking: The female staff member said it was too busy to make my food but no cars were in the parking lot.

Wow! I’ve never experienced more racism from a white female manager than I did going there. Subway should be embarrassed that this manger runs the store and that she wears the brands logo. Distasteful and disrespectful and digressing

The touch drive thru is fab. The people are nice too. My issue is the request for tips at the end during payment. It's really annoying. I heard Subway doesn't even pay these tips to employees!!
