This branch cancelled my business card simply by mistake, but did absolutely nothing to fix their error. It actually resulted is a huge issue for my business. I have been with TD bank for 30+ years in Canada and US and am shocked by the lack of service and lack of remedy. This location used to be terrific and still has wonderful tellers, but business banking is a mess and management does not remedy their mistakes. Update: The branch ended up correcting their error so I am updating my review to add stars.

Drive thru ATM is constantly broken. I routinely get let down after driving the 15 minutes to this location.

A merchant has reported derogatory debt on my credit. I’ve contacted the call center and spoke with 7 different representatives including a manager and 2 representatives at the Longwood branch. Andrew was somewhat helpful but Jamie not so much. She lied to me and never called me back like she said she would. For 4 months I was told that the debt in question was paid only to find out by a representative at the Altamonte branch that the transaction was refunded and initiated by the merchant. I’ve been seeking documentation from TD Bank to further support this because since merchant is the one who initiated the refund they are not entitled to receive the money that they refunded back to me and fees that they supposedly incurred and have yet to provide proof of.I’m totally disgusted at lack of incompetence that their employees have both at the call center and the branches. Im not understanding why you can’t provide documentation of what is being read in your computer screen. Now I’m fighting trying to get this off my credit with no support from my bank. I’m just waiting on a few things to clear my account and once it does. I will be closing my account with TD Bank!

Very friendly staff and very helpful! I had a great experience with Andrew at this branch, he was nice and went above and beyond to help me with my account. Very pleased with the service!

TD...Tedious Delay at drive through. The worst bank service. Took 30 minutes to make a withdrawal. Car next to us took just as long. Obvious that tellers were making no effort to move customers through any quicker. We told others in drive through to go to Regions bank. They have much better customer service.Update: teller was supposed to close our accounts at TD that day in Sept. Just received letter saying we owed bank fees for overdrawn account! What? We closed those accounts! Terrible customer service.

I came to this branch very frustrated because my account was blocked due to a merchant fraudulently charging me . The banker Sydney went above and beyond to help me and stayed well past her shift to make sure I was taken care of. She was not letting me leave until the issue was resolved . I cannot speak highly of her enough ! She was so kind and patient and she took the time to truly help. Thank you Sydney !

Went into the longwood branch for a couple of things, the teller at the window was on the phone and looked extremely annoyed with me standing there, I had no problem waiting.She was so unfriendly, rude.I will do my best to do all my banking via mobile

I opened a business account with them 6 months ago and have had a lot of problems come up. From moving money to my personal accounts and hold being placed but through it all they have been nothing but accommodating. Andrew has helped me every step of the way and know me by name and has single handedly keep me as a customer!

Horrible customer service will tell you one thing on the phone and then you drive all the way to the branch to be told something completely different waste of time bank somewhere else save yourself the headache.
