I had an appointment for 4 new tires. They had me in and out in 45 minutes. It wasn't till a few weeks later when I was washing my jeep that I saw the cap on the passenger rear tire was broken and they did a horrible job at gluing it back together. They didn't even notify me that they had broken it. I will never return to any Mavis affiliated tire stores.

Natasha and Jareal were wonderful; I highly recommend this business. Their customer service was outstanding, exceeding my expectationsI was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Natasha and jereal were wonderful and able to guide us through the process. We returned the next as we were unable to resolve the issue the the same day. However, the reason we returned was because of their amicable attitude. Thank you guys.

Great service! 5 star, I d give 10 if I could. A month or so ago, Michael from Tire Kingdom helped and saved my car? It was first car, and I m a new driver, so when my car did not start I did not know what to do. So I was crying, thankfully Tire Kingdom was just across the street. I went there and the lady and Michael made sure that everything is good with my car, he changed the battery and we got some gas as well. Now I know that I have to have a fuel tank ib my car always and never forget to put some gas so I wont ran out of it when I need it. Thank you so much for your help, I really do appreciate it? Wonderful service. Even when they are slammed, they were still able to get my car in and out. they did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and let me know everything that needed to be done in the future. I highly recommend this facility.

Michael and Jenna were stellar today!! My cancer patient husband and I had an event to be at and they arranged putting a new tire on my car in 20 minutes! The team here is amazing and we will be back!!!

The staff at this location is amazing!!! They are always available to assist with any issue I have had. This is the second time I have caught a nail or screw in my tire in less than a month but again, Mike greeted me at the door with a smile and willingness to make my day better and he succeeded. He is professional, courteous, and thorough with everyone who comes in. Even those who charge through the door with a less than cheerful attitude, Mike takes it in stride, guides them through the process, and gets everyone on their way. I will always come to this location for all my tire needs. Thank you, Mike!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!We called on 09/16/23 and received a quote of about $770 for 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires. We made an appointment and paid a deposit of $25. We show up for our appointment on 09/17/23. When we arrive, we were told by Natasha-who was slurring her words and could barely keep her eyes open, that the cost was $928 and it would be an additional $7 per tire for the tire stems. Now we get into the issue of the price discrepancy. While going back and forth with Natasha, my husband is on the phone with a different location and they say it's ridiculous they won't honor the quote. This location was the only location with those specific tires in stock at the time until Monday but the issue was they were needing to be replaced for a road trip occurring on Monday. As my husband is outside on the phone with the other location, Natasha tells me that she sees the problem, we weren't quoted for the tire disposal fee (of $150??). At this point we don't feel comfortable and decide to leave. We asked for a refund and are told the only person that can process the refund is the manager, Jenna that is off that day and she will be in contact on Monday 09/18/23.We end up calling the store back on 09/22/23 and speak to a male employee about the refund. He collects the card information and tells us ok, he'll get it processed shortly. We asked if he didn't input the information right then, what was done with it? He told us he WROTE IT DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER!!!! We asked what was going to be done with that information. He says it'll be blacked out with a sharpie and discarded once the refund is put in.As of today, 09/29/23 we still have not received the refund so we call again and this time get the manager, Jenna, on the phone. Jenna also sounds as if she's slurring her words. She told us that she has no idea about this problem and asks for the card information again which we refused to give since it was already given. She said she has no idea where that paper is with our card information on it!!!! We have called customer solutions and have requested for the area manager or regional manager to contact us about this and are prepared to press charges if our information is used. We were going to go with Tire Kingdom because we felt they were a trusted well known company, however I would recommend everyone stay far away from this specific location and take your business elsewhere!

Most people don't take the time to write a good review and people are quick to write a bad one. But my experience last week at Tire Kingdom 805 W 434 in Longwood was above and beyond expectations. I brought my vehicle in for new tires and was helped out immediately by the manager Genna. She was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed. The time they told me was spot on and I picked up my vehicle and would recommend this store to anyone. I will be going back for my for all of my vehicle needs.

Terrible experience. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. We made the costly mistake of allowing the location on SR 434 in Longwood to work on one of our vehicles because it would shake when driving at higher speeds. Figured an alignment was needed. So, we brought it in for the first visit and they "diagnosed" it needed new struts and alignment. When we picked it up it was not fixed and still vibrated. Second time around they "diagnosed" the problem was we needed new ball joints, tires, and front wheel bearing. When we picked it up the problem was still not fixed. The third go around they "diagnosed" it needed new rack and pinion, motor mounts, shocks, more front end parts replaced. After the third time of picking up the vehicle we assumed that they would have the vibration fixed and would be reasonable about all the misdiagnosed and replaced parts, but this was not the case. The vehicle still had the same issue that we brought it in for originally.We had an oil change added upon second round of part replacing and after picking up the vehicle it began to heavily smoke and shake. We called immediately asked if we should return to the store and Jenna (store manager) said nobody was there because it was closing time but some oil may have spilled.Oil was one inch above high mark on dip stick when we pulled over to check motor when it was smoking.We already spent $3,300 in the first three visits and now they want $1,000 for motor mounts. They assured me this would fix the vibration.They also said shocks are part of problem and were pushing to have those replaced as well.We marked the rear right tire with chalk and asked to have a rotation and balance and when we picked up the vehicle on the third go around the tire was still in the same position (right rear) and was not rotated and balanced.We ask and paid for Rear differential to be serviced and does not appear to have been touched.Motor was squealing or high pitch noise when accelerating after third time picking the vehicle which it never did before.The regional manager was there on the fourth visit and said caliper was the issue all along... his techs in the bay advised us to get another opinion elsewhere.Techs (Girl and Spanish guy) in garage at truck told me that the Rack n Pinion is STILL leaking and they paused after I said they just replaced that the previous week.Jenna (store manager) was convinced upon the fourth visit that the wheel bearing replaced was the passenger and not the driver side at least 4 times, but it was the driver side.We decided to take it to Automotive One after two techs told us in the garage they had no idea and needed multiple diagnostics more time after FOUR visits.Please don't assume this location will work with you and be fair for their misdiagnosed and replaced parts. I never lost my cool and was polite each time we returned the vehicle in hopes they would make things right, but now I wish I would have tried the "apeshit" approach.

Absolutely terrible. They ripped my backseat apart, looking for my spare tire tool, which was exactly where it was supposed to be, under the seat. And in doing so, uninstalled my daughters car seat. No one made mention of this to me. Thank goodness I noticed when I buckled her in later that day. My new tires were filthy, and my rims came back smeared with gunk. In addition, both of my tires were not properly balanced. I had to take my vehicle to Winter Springs to get some actual service. The Longwood location is a dangerous joke. I'd stay far away.

Family used to go here for a long time but quality has plummeted and they tried to upsell me on tires saying they were from 2015 and all four needed to be replaced. My father had three of the tires changed last year. Lying straight to my face, or not taking enough care to look at ALL of the tires. Quoted me $120 ("minus a $15 coupon") for full synthetic oil change.I called the Toyota dealership nearby and they quoted me $69.95plus tax out the door for FULL SYNTHETIC.The computer systems were very slow, I was waiting for probably 15 minutes plus another 10 because nobody stepped foot inside the store when I walked in. One of the ladies also took her phone from the desk and started trying to hide it behind a wall in the office while she was texting before even taking. I get that sometimes you may have some family emergencies or things you need to tend to on your phone, but the whole experience was completely unprofessional, unfortunately.One of the front desk ladies nearly word by word said to one of the customers "So your tires are kind of bubbling, they should be replaced, I don't remember what it's called, do you know what it's called? " to one of the other workers.These were all red flags including the upselling on tire replacement and tire rotation. Thank god I didn't pay yet because their systems were so slow, I took my keys, and won't ever be coming back.

Don't give them ANY business. Called to set an appointment up at 3pm this morning, they say they don't do appointments but to come in at 3 for a walk in and you'll be fine. Showed up at 3pm, dirty guy with long hair at counter "hey man, we're too busy, come back another day". Don't trust these fools or company, tire kingdom has gone downhill over the years.

Had my truck tires changed and the pressure sensors did not work when I picked up the truck. The manager tried to tell me they must not have worked when I dropped off truck. Went to dealership to get them checked and the service department found three of them broken off and the broken pieces removed from inside the tires. Tire Kingdom knew this but lied to me that they must have run our of battery. Shame on you Tire Kingdom for lying. Would not do business with Tire Kingdom again.

What I thought was a great deal on tires + alignment & oil change ended up being the wrong decision. The tires look great but the alignment wasn't done correctly as the cashier informed me that she and the tire tech had to do the alignment twice and didn't I ever have front-end work done? This coming from the cashier who is not a mechanic. Had to bring the vehicle back when the mechanic was available. Which I did a few days later. Jason was precise in getting the job done and the alignment straight. Said the rack and pinion was off. Hope Jason is getting paid for his knowledge. Driving down the highway w the mechanic in the car for a test drive (alignment) one of the hubcaps falls off. Classic.I do not recommend There are so many other stores to choose from on this stretch of 434.
