When I explained the situation to Gary, he immediately brought in Rick, who was calm, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful.

They were so honest from the start — Rick didn’t want to take any money unless they could truly help. As we worked through the issue together, I discovered that a bent pin on the new sensor was the root of the problem. Rick took it from there and carefully realigned and restored everything. The car now drives perfectly.
