This company took down my friends review!!
Horrible business and bank! How much do they pay Google to edit the truth about its companies dealings on its reviews? Should be investigated!
It was a recent review on how they use liquid paper on bank documents!! And they said “ oh it’s no big deal!” . Audit

Been going here for about 2-3 years and I’ve been completely happy with my experience. The manager here was very helpful. Adriana is very friendly and helpful and you can count on her. I would encourage anyone to come to this bank.

All the people I’ve known at this branch such as Eli, Tanuja and Bertina left; the new people are of no help; they’re quick to say no; I’ve been banking there since 2012, I have never gotten an NSF fee before, I called to get it refunded because that’s what banks are doing since we’re in a pandemic (I know! Bcuz I work at one, Hello!) and the girl Naja or whatever was quick to tell me that this branch wasn’t my home branch when IT IS and then went on to tell me she couldn’t refund me back my fee, eight years later and 1 fee couldn’t be refunded. I didn’t moved my act to my bank bcuz I had to many auto pay coming out plus I got a really good deal on my auto but I’ll be leaving.Thanks

treated terribly when i went to refinance house they ran me around made me turn thing in..ok but for nothing. got the same loan with ease and less interest at RP funding thanks for the runaround trusco tired of your adds on radio

Staff here has always been friendly and go above and beyond to provide for their customers. Loan originator on site. Mortgages and great CD rates are to be found here when the market isn't doing good. You'll feel like family and financially comfortable coming to this location.

Very bad and very unprofessional. Told my customer that is their custome my company had a hit on the federal list and could not make a check out to my company. I called and ask to speak to the manager Ali and they said they would not talk to me and the woman the answered the call would not connect me with the manger Eli and was rude then hung up on me. I contacted my bank (TD) and then my other bank Bank of America they told me after calling a different branch my company must have come up on OFAC list of terrorists. So my bank ran me and my 3 companies I own and said they have nothing. I ran it against this list and I found nothing no hits or anything. Now because they would not take my call I am now forced to clear my good name of my American own and operated company of 40 plus years and my customer said he will not buy anything from a company on this list. I have owned and operated many companies in my 40 years of doing this and I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional. My guess is one of the people there are unfamiliar how to work the OFAC system that I also check every customer against it is the law I do so but not a bank. So they must have imputed my name in wrong. If they would have spoke to me this could have been resolved as I know how to use the program. I have a print out from Banks of America and TD Bank for my company that proves this to be false. I will now do everything in my power to make sure this never happens to someone else. CNN and MSNBC are going to take this on if not quickly resolved. Do not use this bank ever they are unprofessional. I will now demand they send their/my customer a letter explaining that this bank made a huge mistake and a formal apologize online or I will sue them.

Very friendly staff that will remember you. However it is a very small bank so it and its respective website are not at the quality of say Chase or Bank of America.
