Both Ashley and Stephanie were extremely nice and kind with me. I had a simple overnight package and it was quick and easy. The conversations were fun and made the time fly by when I waited to get my package. I was there before and I received again great service from Stephanie even though my package wasn't there but she explained all to me. Thank you guys for being great and kind.

UPS is so unreliable. It’s ridiculous out of the last 10 packages deliveries all had issues. Live animals lost in transit. Packages left behind at hub. And you can’t talk to anyone. The phone prompts keep you from actually talking to anyone. I know request shippers to use FedEx or USPS.

Left a note saying attempted delivery. I was home so it wasn’t a real attempt. Other times packages delivered to the wrong address and I have to go hunt them down. Good luck with “customer service “.

Bro yall ridiculous lol 12 pm to 5 pm is wild i already have a job where its set time every day to see no notification like amazon then to have to pay to change location and time then when i cant do that yall hold my package at the center instead of the nearest access point with a stupid paper with pointless info to be closed for so long i get if its a hr or so but 5 lol yall buggin

Excellent call center robot. I love the way it refuses to let you talk to a person then hangs up on you. Super effective.Edit, even the apology is automated. Do you guys even have human workers LOL

I ordered the new iPhone for my wife which was suppose to have been delivered a day before her birthday. The ups tracker said it was supposed to be delivered on or before 9pm. Guess what, 3 days later and no phone !! I literally had to run obstacles to get ahold of a supervisor only to be told my package is now deemed missing!! AKA it was stolen by an employee. So now I’m needing to prove my innocence when I paid for this phone in full only to have it stolen by some employee who's supposed to represent your company! UPS DO BETTER WITH THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE! TOTALLY UNETHICAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! I worked 2 straight weeks of overtime to purchase this phone for my wife only to have stolen by a garbage employee and now there’s nothing that can be done!!!!! BEYOND LIVID, FRUSTRATED AND HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR COMPANY. Literally thanks for nothing !

CROOKS. They flat out STOLE my package. I was having Iphones shipped and thought I could trust this service, but no. They "can't find it". It's nothing short of CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this hub. I did a return to sender for a light therapy device over 3 WEEKS AGO and the vendor still hasn’t received it. I’ve called this location multiple times and no one picks up, it goes straight to a voice recording and hangs up even though I call within the posted hours. This device costs well over $600 and I’m waiting for a refund and the vendor is waiting for an expensive piece of equipment. I’m very frustrated and as a business owner, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. I’m going to have to go in person to see what has happened to a very expensive piece of equipment.

Worst delivery service!Every single time I get a delivery out of this facility I always have issues they’re the worst delivery company out there very rude customer service agent and they always be lying to you about your delivery. They will tell you they told the guy to come back for a second attempt and it is a lied. People paid a lot of money to get packages that they need quickly and they don’t even try to deliver them and they would said the driver did when it is not true I been waiting for my package all day long. I would never used their delivery services again or any businesses that uses them to delivery things horrible.
