Property manager is a jerk and lacks any customer service skills that should be required in his position! They will not work with customers trying to move out in any way. Extra Space does and will because they want people to get what belongs to them if at all possible. They prorated my move in but won't for my move out or take into consideration that I recently lost my employment which is hindering my ability to pay.
Will never rent from them again and word of mouth is everything, people's experiences at an establishment matters. I mean even if they're processes that they don't help anybody in any situation for any cause for nothing he could have at least acted like he cared or that my concern mattered....

Had an awesome experience at SmartStop Self Storage! Elijah was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He made everything quick and easy, explained the options clearly, and got me a great rate. The place is clean, secure, and the pricing was fair — no surprises. Definitely recommend SmartStop, and big thanks to Elijah for the great customer service!

All the storage units are overpriced not worth it at all. You can find better prices nearby and newer units same size for less money.

John and Elijah were both so courteous and helpful! They provided TOP notch customer service and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. I was looking for a safe place to store my belongings while being out of state for a few months. I had called around to several places (before finding them)… it was late on a Saturday afternoon - John still took the time to answer all my questions, listen to what I was looking for - and helped me reserve a unit.
Elijah showed me around the following week …after further discussion I decided the 10 foot unit would be sufficient. It also helped lower my monthly price - (another plus). which was fair and affordable. The facility was nice and clean. Love that it’s one level and offers climate control! Great location too. But the best part was definitely the friendly and professional customer service. :) …would highly recommend!
