I wish they were respectful of the community. I can tolerate slow and sloppy service but the reckless driving and speeding in my neighborhood is not ok.

I don't like that they close 3 minutes to 12pm. I had something I could of scanned and be done in 5 secs, prepaid postal. Dude know he saw me coming and still locked door. I walked up, turned around and went back to my car and the time I snapped but they were already closed anyways. Update your time you close if you'll be locking before 12pm.

I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!

This post office is the worst post office I ever visited. I got there at 4:50 pm, they close at 5 and they saw the other people behind me and the manager came out and told me to come the next day because I had too much mail.ALEX PAES the manger refuse service to me and told me to leave.

This particular post office has plenty of parking and generally serves its purpose overall. Nothing great, but nothing overly terrible either. I guess three stars is a good overall grade.

I had a very horrible experience with the carrier who delivers my mail. I contacted usps twice about the carrier removing my mail from mailbox. TWICE!! I spoke with Alex who told me it will keep on happening if I don’t pick up my mail. I had two vacant notices and my mail was removed from my inbox and returned to sender twice without any notice and without me making any requests. It felt criminal and illegal after the second time. I’ve never dealt with a post office who just takes it upon themselves to decide to remove mail. The first time Chris’s supervisor was kind enough to hold my mail. The second time within3 days off the first incident my mail was physically removed after delivery and returned to the senders because of Alex. Thank goodness for informed delivery I knew exactly what the carrier took.

Dishonest!!!!!!WOW! Way to establish a relationship in my new community.Postal worker states they attempt to deliver a package at 12:22, my husband and I have been working in the garage with the garage door open until 1pm. Post office closes at 12 no assistance there, just bad service (smh).

After 10 years of using this post office, I finally have a reason to leave a bad review. Alex is normally the manager, however his substitute, Jonathan is an incompetent lazy excuse of a employee. Literally had to go to the other post office on Montgomery Rd and have RAMON(the actual manager) do the job that Jonathan could not. The job he was too lazy for. Go back to school Jonathan and look for a career better suited for you. Or better yet, don’t fill in for the manager if you can’t do the work. ??

Easy access, great parking, inside after hours lobby, large facility with great service, large interior, outside mailboxes as well.
