First foremost, never seen an empty line in the post office. Eric was working up front by himself and was able to help me with my change of address quickly. Highly recommend this place despite the other reviews!

Shannon was the one who working on my package for international and takes forever and I don't think she knows what she is doing. She can't eo this because of ridiculous reason and I went another usps they have no problem to send it
Heres update my experience. Shannon was again no greet and nothing. I purchased priority and does not provide taping because their policy or whatever but other stores still do the service. If this store is not closed to by my location, I never be there

Update: I will be filing a complaint for the unprofessional treatment received at this post office. You can enter your tracking numbers yourself at the kiosk - for anyone else this wonderful bunch refuses service to.
Previously 5 stars, now less than zero. HORRIBLE. Zero customer service. REFUSED TO SCAN PACKAGES or even enter in numbers so the package shows received. I'VE HAD TWO ITEMS GET LOST THROUGH THIS POST OFFICE now. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO HELP ME TODAY.
If you own a business do NOT go here and expect items to be tracked. The manager who seems new refused to track my priority packages. I have NEVER had a USPS manager refuse to help before. You've lost a local business for life and we ship hundreds of packages a week.
The elderly lady at the front desk also tried to get out of helping me and then the young, heavyset manager refused as well. Avoid this PO as they will be bad for your business. πππ

Terrible customer service from our post person, Christine. Such a rude, unhelpful person. How people like this get a job anywhere is unbelievable! Guess USPS has very low standards.

Had to drop off a package because USPS broke my items during shipping and the photos I provided were not good enough. Left my items with the post office and I never heard anything back from them. I also just went on vacation with my family and we put our mail on hold. They still delivered our packages even though we put our mail on hold. Got a letter in my mailbox saying nobody was home to sign for a package and that I would need to pick it up at the post office. That is why we put our mail on hold, because nobody was home, they still delivered it. Went to pick up my package that I dropped off for the claim and received it COVERED in fire ants. I got ants all over the backseat of my car. Itβs a nightmare to get ants out of a car. I NEVER would have expected to receive my items covered in fire ants. The manager promised to me when I left my items there that they would keep it safe. Unacceptable to receive it covered in fire ants.

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever been to. Asked the guy with long black hair, skinny with glasses for my mail and gave me a disrespectful attitude. I'll never go back there again. I guess because I'm a young guy and he's older it gives him the right to treat me that way. Unfortunately it doesn't, I hope someone takes care of this.

I just wanted to thank our Carrier Ileana Ramos for always being on time with our packages and always informs us of any delays or issues. She has been nothing but a blessing on this side of town and we are grateful for it. Please make sure to keep her happy as she is an employee who is worth every penny she gets from USPS. I have been here 15 years Josh and Luis have been a huge help. I watched Eric have a breakdown with clock and customers on daylight savings time. He stared at clock for 3 minutes without moving but he never flipped and got everything done. He was all by himself at evening rush. Awesome job! Also the clock can go backwards if you skip the right time, it's just advised to go in one direction.

terrible service, they don't want to do their job, they receive packages just to return them to original sender for no reason. Overall a terrible experience and awful work ethics.
