I just wanted to thank our Carrier Ileana Ramos for always being on time with our packages and always informs us of any delays or issues. She has been nothing but a blessing on this side of town and we are grateful for it. Please make sure to keep her happy as she is an employee who is worth every penny she gets from USPS. Once again thank you to Ileana Ramos and keep shining!!!!!

I have been here 15 years Josh and Luis have been a huge help. I watched Eric have a breakdown with clock and customers on daylight savings time. He stared at clock for 3 minutes without moving but he never flipped and got everything done. He was all by himself at evening rush. Awesome job! Also the clock can go backwards if you skip the right time, it's just advised to go in one direction.

terrible service, they don't want to do their job, they receive packages just to return them to original sender for no reason. Overall a terrible experience and awful work ethics.

I live locally and Bobby is my Mailman and he is an absolute gentleman. He found a lost piece of mail for me. Also when I called they answered right away and were very nice and helpful.Anything you guys need just stop by.Reminds me of the Mailman of the early 1970’s.Great Job guys!

This branch will held my mail when the payment for the PO Box was due. They did not hold all of the mail but kept the most important piece which was a check. I knew this check was delivered because I sign up for the informed delivery notifications that send images of the mail received. I asked to speak with a manager four times before the woman behind the counter retrieved someone. I was assured by the manager that mail is not held, sure enough the woman came from the back with my check in hand. The magazine and regular mail was still in my PO Box. When a customer wants to speak with a manager they should not have to ask four times and be told to calm down. I will likely have to change branches because of how this was handled.

I've been renting a P.O. box from here for 3+ years. I never had a problem with mail/package deliveries! For about 4 months now, it's been an ABSOLUTE joke, and mail is always getting put in someone else's box or vice-versa. The LAST thing they did I filed a claim for a package that says its been delivered but nowhere to be found. I get a call a week later from a rep that clearly has no clue what she's doing, "hi we try looking for your package in other boxes and everywhere but no luck can't find it" try calling the sender for a replacement or something? Really? Does that make sense? You received it! The sender has proof! You lost it! But should they replace it? Where is management? What is going on here?

This guy needs to be fired or retrained. He refuses to deliver my mail saying that my mail box is blocked but there is nothing blocking his way. He has a problem with my whole neighborhood. No one likes him. Please re route him and get us a new driver . Casselberry florida 32707 area. This guy is the worst.

I'm staying at a neighbor's house and tried to have our dog food delivered to his address. They held the package so I called customer service and after 40 minutes, they told me there was nothing they could do. They gave me the number for this location. I've called 5 times in the last two hours. Each time the phone rings until it eventually hangs up on me. I'm about ready to let them just return my package to the sender and be done with it. I've never had to work this hard to get something I paid for. Terrible service or lack there of.

Worst Ever! I had a very long review about the issues we have had, somehow it was taken down...I have had packages sitting for weeks at this post office. I filed multiple complaints, I had to go all the way to the Postal Regulatory Board, finally they moved the community mail box, that they installed improperly. but before the box was moved, I was forced to purchase a Box at our local UPS store, because our postal carrier refused to deliver our mail. We came out of pocket $400 to ensure we were going to get our mail. But we made the mistake of not having our mail forwarded outside of the limits of the LONGWOOD POST OFFICE itself... so we still have not received our packages. Some of these included medications and documents that are time sensitive. Just disappointing and rude...there is no other way to describe how awful this whole office is.

This post office is the best. There was a big line, but a postal service employee came out and said; packages? I gave him my package and he brought me back a receipt to track my package. I was in an out for leas than 5 mins. Excellent job! I’ll be back.
