“I lost my sweet boy HARLEY,a long-haired Chihuahua and min-pin mix on 1/22/26,and I'm sooo Very Grateful that I found this vet hospital when I did. My Little guy had been not well since mid-October of 2025. He was going to another vet, but he was not getting the attention he needed. Just more meds and more money, but no results. He turned (16) on 9/9/2025,& it was obvious he was not improving. Once I went to the Animal Clinic of Wekiva I spoke to the doctor,and they explained his diagnosis and I had a VERY,VERY Tough decision to make. I can't thank every member of the staff there. I knew that I had to say goodbye to my Little guy, and loose a HUGE PIECE OF MY HEART BREAKING. Once the dctr. confirmed the inevitable,they allowed me to hold him in my arms like I did long ago,and say my goodbyes.
The staff there took care of EVERYTHING for me. All I had to worry about was paying what needed to be taken care of. They even sent a Beautiful Sympathy card,and not only did everyone sign it,but they were kind enough to make a paw print, a little print of his cute little nose,and a little bag with some of his beautiful fur. I'm so grateful that I found this Vet Hospital when I did!!

She recently joined the practice and took over the care of our 14-year-old greyhound when another vet left the practice. We recently lost our sweet girl but are so thankful for the care she received from Dr. Medina during her last few weeks of life. Also, Dr. Medina just saw another one of our dogs for the first time and he did amazing with her during the visit.
