I would really like to take a moment & commend Ashley the Pharmacy Operations Manager for her stellar service. I had a really bad experience yesterday & I called today really HOT. Ashley, let me talk, did not interrupt me even when I interrupted her, she stopped talking & let me talk. The fact that she listened to my concerns & took my feedback seriously to talk with her team in order to provide a better experience for customers when they come in speaks highly of her character & the fact that she wants to be an amazing manager. Thank you Ashley, don't give up because you are going in the right direction.

Worst Walgreens in town! In the past, employees have been rude. Ok, so maybe they have bad days. But, tonight, they are supposedly open until 10p. I guess their clocks are off by 15 minutes. 9:45 is not 10.

UPDATE: they have been way better honestly. Their wait times are completely cut down and the staff is much friendlier. They also seem to know whats going on now.I just moved to Longwood from Apopka and HATE that this is my closest pharmacy. I will just make the drive to Apopka. They are completely incompetent here. I also work for a pediatricians nearby and parents constantly call us with complaints of not sending prescriptions when they have actually been sent. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My only issue with this WG is that their pharmacy is closed so often. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Even if you don’t have a pharmacist available that day, you can at least have an option for customers to pick up their prescription. It’s a hit or a miss with them, I hold my breath every time I pick up my script because I’m not sure if they will be open, which is terrifying for someone that depends on their medication. You guys really have to get it together as a location. I will have to switch to the CVS across the street.

Editing my review and adding a few stars as this Walgreens and pharmacy seems to be doing better which needed to happen. Hopefully the improvements will continue!(Original review) Absolutely the worst. On hold for over 20 minutes, someone finally answered the phone to say something completely unintelligible and "please hold"...then 5 more minutes of phone ringing before being completely disconnected.

Rude!!! Just rude!!! I didn't want my prescription done there because they are more expensive then Publix. There generics have to many fillers.They arw double the price. I asked if they can run the rx coupon. A big No! YOU HAVE TO DO IT ON YOUR OWN! The meds are double the price. Stay away! Closed yesterday on 4/21/2023. no reason was given.

This place is very disappointing. I found an earring on my walk to this store. 3 blocks away. I was making small conversation with the rude lady behind the counter, and lo and behold she claimed the earring was a co workers, another lady approached me and demanded I give the earring to her, she then proceeded to degrade me and kicked me out of the store... when I got to the front door she locked me out of the store and called me names and degraded me because the way my teeth were. She flipped me off. These employees were laughing and carrying on like they were enjoying this! ALL ON CAMERA! These PEOPLE needs serious help! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!

Mitchel was amazing with great customer skills. His ability to solve our problems was above and beyond of what we can ask for. Especially today on Christmas Day he had so much patience and happiness. My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Walgreens. Today he helped us out at the photo dept

This store could produce twice the revenue.The Staff is limited and this is strictly a business not a caring center they claim they are.They Don’t answer the pharmacy phones, Dr’s can’t call , it’s a total mess and it was like this before Covid, so what your excuse now.Sorry for the delay.Now I know why criminals have chosen your retail locations for ambush thefts of everything they can get there hands on.

I waited for over an hour in line at the pharmacy drive through. There was only 2 cars in front of me. When I first got to the window I waited over THIRTY MINUTES and not ONE SINGLE employee acknowledged me and said I’ll be right with you, NOTHING. Finally I had to hit the button and honk my horn. Someone acknowledged me then about 5 minutes after that. Then there was a crazy Karen honking and cursing at me in the car behind me. The person behind her had to back up so she could get out. Then they said my insurance wouldn’t cover my daughters medicine but when I called them they said it would be covered and they aren’t sure why the pharmacy said that. If I could give a 0 I would. Ridiculous wait time.

This walgreens pharmacy needs to do something about the long waits and the employees hanging up on customers I called 3 times. And I had waited more than 10 minutes at the drive thru. No one had acknowledged me at all. You need more employees to service the customers. Very bad customer service for the quantity of people sending their prescriptions there.

Scheduled a vaccine appt online and when I got there, to the vaccine check in line at the pharmacy they couldn't find my appointment then didn't know if I could receive the type of vaccine then didn't know if they had the vaccine in stock then eventually the pharmacist came over and explained that I could get it but it would be a 45 minute+ wait. The clerk war friendly jyst inexperienced and needs training. and I wouldn't trust the online scheduler.

Huge line at pharmacy. 2 people working at counter. One of them at drive through teller on phone on a personal call and didn't even bother serving anyone. Nothing improved in this place. Walgreens marks up our subscription drunks by an average of 200% and we get this service

The people that work in the pharmacy are fantastic, but Walgreens itself is horrible. They used to be an efficient pharmacy, well staffed and friendly. Now they keep only 2 sometimes 3 people back there. I’m on hold for an hour, being thanked for my patience every 5 minutes, then hung up on after an hour. The 2-3 people that are back there are incredibly hard workers, they are always running around full speed helping everyone they can, and still have a glimmer of their soul left to be courteous. But corporate Walgreens has ruined this place. I’m slowly moving my prescriptions elsewhere, and I hope the pharmacy crew here eventually moves onto a better establishment, they deserve it for their hard work and poor working conditions.

I would choose a 0 if able. Anytime I call in, the phone rings and rings and after waiting for twenty plus minutes, the phone hangs up. Clearly, more staff is needed to provide a better customer experience. I will now choose to do mail order over using Walgreens. My delivery will more than likely be received before a phone is answered at the store.
