I ordered photos at CVS across the street and after a whole day of waiting, and my estimated pickup time passed, I called to verify whether or not they had it. Guy said it would be done soon so 2 hours later I drove up there. They did not have it ready and the girl was not willing to print them! I drove straight over to Walgreens where I will start first next time. Juan helped me connect my phone and assured me that he would print the photos as soon as I sent them to the computer. That is exactly what he did, they are amazing here at this Walgreens!!!

Horrible service at pharmacy. They seem like they hate their job. The attendant at the drive thru felt it necessary to stop serving me so he could text or check his social media on his phone. I literally waited 5 minutes and finally said "excuse me" and he started helping me again. This guy is always terrible but this just took the cake. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

i made vaccine appointments on line. never ready when I get there. I have to use Walgreens for insurance reason but I'd rather use CVS. just awful service.

I've never had a big issue with this location, I have used it probably about 8 times in the last 3 years. Only 1 time they closed the pharmacy early without notice which was a minor inconvenience, but I got over it and picked up next day. Run of the mill Walgreens.

Most of the staff is nice and helpful but one of the pharmacists is just a bully. She literally made me spend MORE money to run a script thru insurance when GoodRX was less and the GoodRX card is FROM MY INSURANCE CARRIER! Today I called an double checked the date for refill on a med since I was headed out of town for a memorial service. The staff that answered the phone said yea it's due for a refill, it'll be ready in an hour. This same pharmacist told one of the sales girls the I'd have to wait until tomorrow morning and I could pick it up after 9am. Can these folks get on the same page?!?! My insurance company doesn't work with Walgreens any longer (in part to these types of issues and they are the HIGHEST pharmacy in our area!!! I'm really relieved because I've been going to this pharmacy chain for 20+ years and I've never had a pharmacist that was such a bully!! Off to CVS I go.... Do better Walgreens - hire better!!

EVERY single time I come to this Walgreens PHARMACY, my prescription is never ready, even though I call in advance & I still have to wait 30-50 minutes for techs to fill it. It's completely unorganized and the customer service of the pharmacy is 0.5/10. The Walgreens itself, outside of the pharmacy has decent employees.

Find a different pharmacy. The amount of times I have waited in the drive thru and never been helped, waited in line for 45 minutes at a time, and been hung up on after waiting on hold for more than 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. They do not have their stuff together. I see the girl working at night is running around like crazy and she tries to be helpful but they are not efficient or understaffed or something. I have even attempted to have my prescriptions mailed to my house (something they offer in their texts message reminders) and never gotten my meds after I paid for them. Just....go somewhere else.

Had surgery after an injury, they did not have a common pain killer prescription in stock. I Managed to get an eye ulcer that required a prescription, again a common prescription eye drop was not in stock. Needed another prescription again this week and again not in stock. In addition to not having common prescription drugs in stock, their hours have been cut dramatically. They have been closing at 6pm and also intermittently closing the pharmacy. I'm not sure how a pharmacy that is one block away from a hospital can cut their hours. I am switching pharmacies.

Absolutely trashy Walgreens. Always dirty unorganized. If that wouldn't be in my home radius I will never step into their walls. Every time I'm there its like a bad dreams... ! Its Always huge line of people for a 15 min staring at the cashier who is calling manager because she doesn't know how to do a refund. Manager is not on a hurry also. Plus some Attitude. In my prospective I will fire them all right away. I prefer drive two miles to another Walgreens. Its not No, its Hell No!!

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. They tell you to call them and then put you on hold over and over again and never talk to you. After waiting 20min, I hung up and called my doctor to switch pharmacies. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to CVS. They answered the phone on first ring and actually talked to me. Had everything done and switch over in 6min.

My coupons weren't going thru with my phone number or by scanning my card and the assistant manager took the time out to rescan my items and manually entered the coupons from my phone

These people dont answer their phones. I waited almost 20 minutes and finally cut off. When I'm in the store it is not up to standards of other walgreens. Thankfully there are other Walgreens to use
