It’s so unfortunate that this wells Fargo is the closest to my house; but this place is HORRIBLE! 9/10 they are not accepting cash deposits in the ATM; the drive thru ATM still isn’t operating . It’s had 2 cones in front of it for months. The service is SLOW and subpar when they actually are open but not busy!! I drive here sometimes to deposit cash after hours and i waste my gas EVERYTIME because they want me to drive to the nearest Wells Fargo from there! Very inconvenient!!!!!

Just go to a different bank, I've went to 2 different branches and not a single one served us.These guys stop working 2 hours before their shift ends, they should be paying me instead

On Friday (10/21/22) I deposited cash & a check from my job through the drive through, the banker put my deposit in another persons account. I’ve been waiting nearly 5 days now to get my money into my account after it being sent to claims for a bank teller error. Nobody’s helping me, so disappointed in Wells Fargo.

Wow this crazy, stayed in here for 10 mins before someone said something to anybody. I don’t know what’s going on in here but they need to get a whole new staff because this is ridiculous!!!!!

Half the staff here are either lazy, untrained, or just dumb. It’s unfortunate that even what appears to be management, can be seen standing behind the tellers on their cellphones scrolling the internet or texting absent mindedly while my teller struggles to answer my wire transfer or loan questions.

I've been super frustrated with Wells Fargo for a while. I find their website and phone line to be frustrating and very NOT user friendly. So I made an appointment to go into this branch personally to discuss my investment accounts. I had to wait two and half weeks to get a Saturday appointment but that was fine. When my appointment came, we waited about 15 minutes past our appointment time and again, no big deal. However...once we finally sat down with a banker and began asking our questions, the answer we were given was "I'm sorry, I don't know anything about retirement or investment accounts. But you could wait an hour to speak to the man that does??" So now I'm trying to end my entire relationship with Wells Fargo (which dates back to the Wachovia days) and that is a whole separate nightmare! I wish I'd left before the world got shut down. It probably would have been easier. My advice is pico a different bank.
