I brought my truck to Wheels-R-Us to have new tires put on. Before heading there, I was given a price of $150 on the phone. I made sure to discuss the exact measurements, brand, and model of both the tires and the wheels to ensure an accurate quote. However, upon arriving, no one greeted me, and there was no one behind the desk or in the office. After unloading the tires myself, I eventually found someone who looked at the tires and said he needed to call the owner to confirm. Even though he already knew the exact size before I came, he raised the price from $150 to $250, claiming the tires looked "really big" how far how far it's on the street today no should I like Time or. As frustrated as I was, I agreed to the new price and waited for a few hours while they worked on my truck. Once they were finished, they charged my credit card for $350 plus tax, approximately $380. I was upset about this, and they explained it was because they had to replace two bolts that cost approximately $0.25 apiece at the local hardware store. They felt the extra hours they worked on my truck were justifiable. The $150 phone quote that I was guaranteed turned out to be less than half of the price I was charged. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the review before me that this place is a scam. If for whatever reason you still decide to use them, I seriously suggest paying in cash or monitoring your credit card for quite some time afterwords. Hopefully, this will save someone from having a similar experience.

I brought my car in to get axle replaced. Their mechanic Spencer spray painted my axle and said he was done after 3 days of having my car. The guys that works there look like a bunch of junkies, excuse my language. I would never go back. So please reconsider stopping here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolutely love this place!This is my go to shop anytime I need help with anything tire related. They are very fast and efficient and you can't beat the prices. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who needs work done!Services: Brakes

I had an amazing experience at Wheels R Us. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for new tires and had a few questions concerning my car and they helped with the issues I had with my car quickly and gave me a good deal on the work and tires I needed.Service: Tires

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO HERE!!They sold me rims and told me they will 100% would fit. Got home and tried to put them on my car and they didn't fit. I went back to get my money back. The guy says "ah we kinda don't do refunds" There is nothing saying that they do not do refunds and i didn't sign anything.Please go somewhere save your time and money! morally incorrect owners . I believe my credit card information was stolen from this establishment. I filed a police report and they informed me they are already under investigation due to other similar reports. beware .

Purchased a car from them a few years back that's been holding up quite well especially because of their in house mechanic Orlando. Who by far is the best mechanic I've had the pleasure of being a customer of. Couldn't recommend him enough , truly a professional !
