Nice small gym in Wekiva that I joined under the Active and Fit plan that was a part of my insurance - Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield. The gym has the machines that you would find at most gyms without the hassle of fighting for them. It is a gym that you can go to 24/7, which helps if you have a rough schedule as I do.

This is a small gym, but they have all the usual equipment and the staff is friendly. It's also nice that you can go after hours, as the name suggests.

The employees are nice and the equipment, for the most part is decent. I have a problem with the women's bathroom. The first shower stall doesn't even work. The handicapped shower doesn't turn off. The floor mat is a skating rink where I've slipped multiple times. I worry about elderly guests falling. Neither of the toilets flush easily. I've brought it up to the employees and they tell me the owner knows about it, but it's too expensive to fix it. That's not ok. The ownership should be quick to fix things like this where accidents can happen and seriously harm the business.

Got to be honest, I don't know how this place gets 4 stars. The people were nice, but this gym is worn out. no place to do any stretching or warm up. Dumbbells were ok, but the smallest selection of free weights I've seen outside of hotel gyms. They had 7 or 8 bottles of cleaner on the counter you had to carry one around with you to clean the equipement.. For crying out loud get some wipes and dispensers. Didn't use the showers, but the one trip was enough for me. Didn't go back. I'm a 24/7 member out of town, but my hometown gym is far nicer than this one in Longwood. I'll pay to go somewhere else on my next trip. Pitiful...

Great gym. Clean bathrooms (men's side). Has everything you need to stay in shape. Heavy dumbells, squat rack, free-weight machine's, circuit machines, and all the aerobic machines (treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, stationary bikes).

Let's get it out of the way, it's a meh gym. It's a rather small, somewhat grimy place to workout. Some of the equipment is showing its age; some of the weight stack pins are broken, the tricep ropes are starting to get frayed, and the carpet looks nasty. This gym has a mostly community trust system, where gym users have to decide to use the sanitizer on equipment and to rerack their weights. Most people don't seem to do that, so wash your hands! Other than weights and cardio machines, there really isn't much to do. I don't know much about the staff, and I don't really care much because they're usually gone when I workout. They were kind to give me a keycard replacement for free for the first replacement instead of having me pay the $5 fee. I personally go to this gym because it's 24 hours. I have a rather chaotic schedule and so I typically workout at night, and it's close by to me. Would I go to this gym if it wasn't 24 hours? No definitely not, but because it is, it works for my needs, so I go here. I'd only recommend this gym for people that workout late at night or want have a good chat with other gym members. I would rate this a 2 but because it's helped me a lot these last months, I give it a three.

Friendly staff, clean gym. Pretty good selection of equipment.. Small but never too busy, respectful members. I do wish they had an area for deadlifts and an actual squat rack.

Beyond annoying personal trainer who constantly has clients getting in the way of everyday clients of the gym who workout daily and it's beyond annoying having this dude getting in the way with his clients who literally come once or twice and are never to ve seen again! During high traffic times this guy needs to not be getting in the way of people actually trying to better themselves!!!

If you’re looking to join a new gym, I’d stay well clear of this one. Sanitation has always been sketchy and it’s not uncommon to see a big roach in the locker/shower area. Also trying to cancel your membership is like an act of congress. They purposely drag it out so you have to pay one more month.

Leg extension machine wasn't available and I was told I'd have to drive to Lake Mary to use it. Unfortunately that's far out of my way.

Great place! Open 24/7 which is the best thing for me personally since I like to come around midnight and most gyms are closed then, got most of everything you'd need if you know what to look for and if you're tryna find an equivalent exercise, the staff are friendly and willing to help! Helped me figure out what half of the more specific machines worked on ngl ? highly suggested!!
