Not really sure why I’ve persisted with taking my car to this shop, I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. As expected any time the car goes in other things are found wrong (the car is 20 years old). But it took 3 visits for them to find an oil leak that I knew was already there, and they have yet to say anything about the bad motor mounts even though they’ve driven the car multiple times. Recently the “new discovery” of an oil leak that leads down to my power steering hoses makes me wonder if they even needed to be replaced when I first brought the car to them. Claiming parts also need to be replaced such as rear shocks which are new, and ignoring the wobble while braking is just comical to me. This last visit was the final straw. I feel like the cost of service was already exorbitant, a new carfax entry explains why. They do not have the ability to mount and balance tires nor perform alignments. The work was outsourced to another shop and marked up. I would have felt much more comfortable taking the vehicle to another shop of my choosing rather than the shop that they chose to do business with. To make matters worse I recieved the car with improperly balanced wheels, low improperly inflated tires and absolutely disgustingly covered in Murphy’s soap; a major indicator that the tech that performed the work didn’t know what they were doing and takes zero pride in their work. My father was a master mechanic and always had good things to say about this shop.. glad he’s not around to experience this.

If you have a z please don't take it there find somebody else I have an 88 300zxz31 zetec had it for 6 months cost me over $9,000 and I'm still having a mobile mechanic straightening out what they didn't straighten out on the AC Electrical fuel gauge the owner has you buy the parts so he's doesn't have to warranty them I found this out with it AC evaporator I disputed a claim with the credit card company but he said that he doesn't cover parts that are purchased by the owner of the car don't buy the parts let him buy the parts he will lie to you right to your face he told me that he took it to a transmission shop he never did he told me took it to an AC shop to figure it out he never did he once told me that he has a cash flow problem that's why his mechanic wasn't working on the car that's why they put mine off to the side to get cars out so he could get the cash back into the business don't take your car there unless you want to spend a lot of money for unreasonable service unless you like spending money unnecessarily don't take your car to him or if you got real big bank accounts because he'll bleed you out

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A CAR YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!!! I took my car here because I needed serious work on my 350z so I knew going in that it would take time and money to fix but after 19 weeks all Avi did was cause cosmetic damage due to negligence as well as break my ac.Throughout the entire ordeal he continual got caught in his own lies and constant excuses for delays until eventually ignoring me for days at a time finally at the end of the 19 weeks I took back the car unfinished and he tried adding an additional 2k on top of a already inflated bill. When I first took my car in I ignored the horror stories and bad reviews thinking every mechanic gets a bad review here and there but not only did he lie, delay, and damage my car he cut corners on every repair he could when I got the car back I found Avi improperly installed the clutch and didn’t even replace my valve gaskets but for some reason there were 4 razor blades a screwdriver and few handfuls of screws and bolts. Avi may seem polite but after 19 weeks thousands of dollars and no results I beg anyone not to come I wouldn’t trust him to do an oil change on a lawnmower let alone work on a car.

Worst experience ever!! Apparently he’s the best but he messed with my car while I wasn’t there and also I payed to fix my ac and it wasn’t FIXED ! HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO HERE I PROMISE THERES BETTER PLACES!!

Rarely, if ever, do I post a negative review for a business. I had never previously used this shop. I was looking for a new shop since my regular mechanic retired. I would not recommend this business. While Avi, the owner, did communicate with me in a timely fashion, he dramatically overcharges for parts. Another problem is that he rarely has enough help to do the work in a timely fashion. Avi, himself, does not work on the vehicles. My experience at this business was that he had one technician, if lucky, and approximately 15 cars waiting to be worked on at any given time...and many of the jobs were significant such as total engine replacements. He bills his mechanic's time out at $140 an hour. With the money they overcharge for basic car components, one would think this business could replace their sign by the road which has looked faded and worn for years. The furniture in the lobby area is an unsightly embarrassment and is an indication that they are unwilling to spend even a little money to create the appearance of a professional business.

Avi had my Nissan for over THREE YEARS. I dropped it off citing a no-spark/wiring issue. Avi was persistent in trying to convince me that the issue was with the distributor or ECU (BOTH of which I had already tested known working parts) and proceeded to drag me over the span of THREE YEARS making several excuses for the job taking so long every time I called to check on progress. My vehicle sat outside under a tree the entire time and probably was never actually worked on, despite Avi claiming they were "struggling to find the right part to fix the issue". Last week I finally paid to have it towed all the way home (I had moved to Tampa) and paid a mobile mechanic to find and fix the issue in less than an HOUR. zTech proved to be horribly unprofessional and lazy, as they completely ignored my efforts to move the project along. Bring your car ANYWHERE but here.

Avi is insanely rubbish and untrustworthy guy in winterpark. He charged over 800 to swap door panels lights and wheels on Nissan altima 2015. Complete Rip off. Stay away guys.

Had my car for 3 months and they were not able to even figure out what was wrong with my car. Every time I called. The person I spoke to who runs the place forgot every time what was wrong with my car. This conversation happened 5 times until I lost it. They didn't do anything and charged my $800 just so I can get my car back. Do not do business here.
