Customer service is generally good. Most of the staff are helpful and courteous, though there have been a few visits where it took a while to find someone available. Still, once you get their attention, they’re usually knowledgeable and willing to assist.

One of the highlights of shopping here is the seasonal selection—especially when they have baby chicks and ducklings. It's clear they take decent care of the animals and offer helpful guidance for first-time buyers.

The only downsides are occasional long checkout lines and slightly uneven service during peak hours. Also, if you're hoping to post a flyer or community notice, be aware that they tend to be taken down very quickly, often within a day.
